I am so glad I was referred by a friend to Integrative Acupuncture of Southern Nevada! I sought out acupuncture when I began experiencing low back pain and sciatica symptoms… mostly because I wasn’t interested in managing my symptoms with a heavy dose of pain meds. From my first appointment, I knew I made the right call!
Both Dr. Mike and Dr. Rachel are exceptonal — highly trained, professional, engaging, and they provide great care; the office staff is wonderful too. I am so happy to report that after following a recommended treatment schedule, I have been symptom free for a few months now! In addition to relieving my symptoms, I always leave my appointments feeling extremely relaxed. I plan to keep semi-​regular appointments just for the overall health benefits and good vibes.

I was having severe pain and discomfort in the muscles around and below my knee after a sports injury. I went to an orthopedist and had an x-​ray and there were no skeletal issues. I decided to try some acupuncture, to stimulate the muscles and soft tissue. It definitely has merit and I recommend that everyone try a Doctor of Oriental Medicine. Knowing Dr. Rachel Kohl, I made an appointment. She explained the procedure, and told me that it would take a few treatments to get some relief. After a short period of time the pain subsided. She applied the needles in different areas of my leg and after 2 treatments the discomfort subsided, and the stiffness went away. The needles do not hurt at all. I highly recommend this as an alternative form of treatment!

I was having severe headaches from allergies & went to my primary physician to get some relief. He gave me a prescription that worked only for a short period of time. I asked him about acupuncture. I was fortunate that he said that it definitely has merit and recommended that I see a Doctor of Oriental Medicine. Being that I knew Dr. Rachel Kohl I made an appointment. She applied the needles in different areas of my body and after 5 or 6 treatments I have NOT EXPERIENCED ANYMORE HEADACHES. I love the needles. They do not hurt.

My father is battling cancer. After a round of chemotherapy his left foot would not work properly. He was experiencing drop foot. He was extremely frustrated because he was used to living an extremely active life. I suggested he try an alternative to just physcial therapy which was not seeming to help. My father agreed to visit Integrative Acupuncture. Dr. Kohl performed a series of acupuncture treatments. Within a very short period of time my father regained his nerve senses and regained full use of his foot. When I went to check on him and saw him walking on his treadmill I could hardly believe it! Dr. Kohl is passionate about her profession and performs with compassion and integrity. I highly recommend her and her husband.

I cannot say enough great things about Integrative Acupuncture and Drs. Rachel & Mike! They are amazing :). They genuinely care about you and your health. The time they dedicate to you at each visit is great. They’re always listening to you and willing to help. There aren’t many acupuncturists in the Valley, so when you find good ones you hang on to them! I’d highly recommend Drs. Rachel & Mike.

Came here for a quick session due to lower back pain.
I do a lot of powerlifting, and I strain my back sometimes from my form slipping. I’ve done acupuncture in the past and it’s always helped alleviate the pain quicker than other options.
Dr. Ferris was very professional and kind. Other places I’ve been to don’t really dig into what’s going on. They kind of just have you lay down, and quickly start after you tell them where the pain is.
Dr. Ferris went over a lot of different health questions before he started.
My back had been really bad the last couple of days, but it had been going on over the course of 2 weeks. My pain is mostly gone and I also bought some all natural Battle Balm from the office. It’s already helped tremendously.
As Dr. Ferris said, there isn’t a lot of people who practice Acupuncture in this area – or it’s not well known. I’ve always been referred by others with saying how helpful it’s been.
It definitely has been for me. I’ve had issues with neck stiffness, headaches, etc. My fiancé and I have been doing it for a few years now, and always leave very relieved of our pain.

I started coming here to see Dr. Mike about a month ago. At the time, I had been having nerve pain in my face, and was concerned about what I’d been reading about what my diagnosis could be. I decided to try a natural approach, and I’m so glad I did. All my concerns were listened to carefully, and the whole process explained-I’d never received acupuncture before. I haven’t had any pain in my face since I started coming, and we are now working on my chronic heartburn. I’m excited to see positive results in that area too! The difference between an appointment here, and one at a traditional western medicine dr is unbelievable. I am a true believer, and acupuncture will now be my first stop for all medical concerns!

I just had the best acupuncture treatment from Dr. Rachel Kohl yesterday! She is extremely knowledgeable which made me feel very relaxed and I could tell I was in good hands. For anyone that is hesitant to try acupuncture, Dr. Rachel Kohl is great to go to because of her approach, not only as a practitioner but as a compassionate and caring person. I’m so excited to have found such a great practitioner in Las Vegas!
