Like I always say… you can’t rush a masterpiece. But at least at Iced Out you can make an appointment.
Russell is the dude!
If you don’t make an appointment you will be waiting awhile but as I always say… If you value good service and quality professional haircut from the best in their craft… this is another one of those places.
Modern shop. Good positive vibe. Every barber in the spot is highly skilled and saught-​after. People wait as long as it takes to get seated. I come for Russell. Russell is the man. He came from Figaro’s on W Cheyenne and Durango, then the Mane Barbershop on S. Ft. Apache where you may have had to wait a bit for him since he is highly requested, but he’s worth the wait. Any man that values looking sharp; looking their very best, knows that you wait for the best and don’t settle for any barbershop. Iced Out is that place.
I live in the Aliante area and there’s no where in Vegas I wouldn’t follow Russell to. With him you not only get great customer service but you get a great cut including hot towel service. He knows exactly what you want because he listens to what you want.
Shout out to London too, he came to Iced Out from The Mane and is doing his thing here too. Go GMen! (I’m sure I’ll get this for that)
The shop has extra large flat screens throughout for your sports viewing pleasure. Every barber is courteous and professional. They don’t seem to get lost in the fact that they’re great barbers, they seem humble in their craft and understand that great personable service is part of what keeps people coming back. I’ve been there when people got frustrated about the wait but the barber handled it in a professional manner. All the barbers seem to get along well. This is definitely a place to bring your kids. Their really good with kids. Any barber in the place will hook am up and make them look sharp!
The shop is sharp, very clean, and well maintained. The atmosphere is positive and welcoming. Plenty of seats in the waiting area and very large screen TV’s everywhere.
They accept appointments and I would recommend you make one unless you have time to kill.
I’ve said this before about The Mane but it applies to this place just as much if not more…
…Simply put, if you are man who believes it’s important to always put your best foot forward and value looking good… this is definitely where you wanna go. This is one if the best shops I’ve been too in all the years I’ve been in the Valley. The fact that my barber Russell is here makes it that much better.

I love this place! I’ve been to a lot of barber shops all over the world and I must say that I love Jackie’s shops. Because as a woman coming to a male dominant atmosphere I feel comfortable there. My brother loves his cut every time. Thank God for hospitality.

London is always on point! Very easy to schedule an appointment and can even take you as a walk in. Great communication makes this place and London my go to!

With a professional and concerned outlook owner Jackie from Iced Out reached out to me after posting my last review ! She welcomed me to a second try reassuring me that this would never be a problem again. I went back and was greeted by Stephanie and I believe London. My son got a great haircut free of charge! Russell is the BEST!!!

I’ve been here twice now and I would highly recommend this place to anybody. Fun atmosphere and great hair cuts!
I recommend getting a fresh cut from London, but everybody seems to know what they’re doing. The wait isn’t bad and the location is easily accessible.

Everyone is super friendly. Comfortable, spacious waiting area. Ask for my boy Russell! He’s been cutting my hair for years and never disappoints. He knows how to do all kinds of hair styles. Thanks Russell for always keeping me looking FRESH.

London is the best barber in Vegas. The shop is really chill. I definitely recommend it

I can definitely say that Steph at Iced Out will get you taken care of. She doesn’t cut any corners (LoL) when it comes to getting you you looking sharp. That pretty much sums it up. She knows how to take care of you.

London has been cutting my husbands hair for a while now. We can truly say he’s the hottest barber to touch clippers period! Have never been disappointed with a cut done by London. We will follow him to any shop he goes to. My husband learned his lesson once because he didn’t feel like traveling to the other side of town for a haircut and just wanted to get it over with. We went somewhere close to home they rushed and the lineup was awful, to top that off they cut him in the process. Safe to say London is the only barber my husband will let touch his hair from now on and when our son is a little older he will be doing his too. Keep up the great work London it’s nice to see someone have such passion for their job like you do and you do it well! If you’re looking for a good cut go see London you won’t be disappointed!

I loved my kids haircuts. But unfortunately $ 25 a kid is a bit ridiculous well for me it is. Plus a tip $ 60 later I noticed my son had a few cuts but other then that I did love my older sons barber he did a good job guy on the right who doesn’t speak much English lol super cool guy tho. Love that the minute I walked in the girl that’s first on the left greeted us and took care of us let us know we were next and thanked us for being patient. I just didn’t understand why I wasn’t given the kids haircut price. They don’t accept credit/​debit cards so I had to walk to a gas station ATM. Clean and nice location. Everyone is super friendly and sweet.

Joe the barber is by far one the best barbers in town he used to cut my kids when they were younger lost contact and found him after yrs… he hooked up my sons hair up best hes had in yrs… great environment friendly and not like other sloppy dirty shops.

Steph was amazing! She was super cool with the kids. My son loves his new haircut. This place was well worth the wait. Iced out has two new kids in the rotation, FOR SURE!

A little bit of a wait on walk in and they can take a while to sweep up. Other than that they’re friendly and they’re good with kids. Nice music selection, good prices, and a helpful selection of example haircuts on the wall. Makes you feel cool jusy being in a money team place. I like it!

Finally had the pleasure of trying this shop out. Took my son in on a Friday night. Although we were walk ins, we didn’t wait for long before a seat opened up for him. Failed miserably with trying to explain the style I wanted to for my son. His haircut was perfect! Exactly how o pictures it and tried to describe! It was better than I imagined. The staff’s really chill and personable. The barber even got to know my son while she was cutting his hair. We will definitely return and refer everyone to this location!

Great barbershop in the southwest side of town. Ask for Joe, Jackie or Steph. They are all good.
Reasonably priced and great ambiance. Can’t go wrong getting a cut here. The gentlemen that handles the front desk, sweeping and all the basic front end cleaning and organization is very professional and courteous.

Got the new guy. Not good, lines off and still rough, not a smooth or close shave. I’m sure the owner and the other lady were better. Might go back. If I did I would not let the new guy line me up.
What’s your schedule? I would like to come in when your there. And either you can line me up, or somebody of your choice. Just want it done right.

This is a mostly typical, laid back barber shop providing neat, straight line cuts including straight razor shaves.
Pros:
There is potential for a gray cut here. I didn’t have the best experience but without my cons listed below, it would have been a 4 – 5 star experience.
They have a good idea on how to do most styles and gave good recommendations when the client was unsure what he wanted.
They pay special attention to detail which is a big part of a barber shop — not just a clip and snip.
Cons:
They have a policy of not taking appointments. Given the detail they take, you may be sitting for a long time waiting to be seen. Plan for an hour or two — half of that waiting.
They have 12 chairs and two barbers. I gathered from conversation that one employee left recently and the location is new but the wait times were too long. I watched at least 2 people leave after waiting too long.
Payments via card are handled on an employee’s phone and this day, there seemed to an issue with customers paying with cash. Something about not having change.
The most frustrating part of my cut was that my barber was making a business call during my cut. He tried to use headphones with didn’t work so he had to stop my cut to finish his call. This is unacceptable.
Finally, I have light hair on light skin. I didn’t notice at first but my beard lines are not equal on either side. One side was cut down lower. I assume my barber was distracted.
I want to give 2 stars but I put the 3^rd there because there’s potential if they can get actually hire some people and not be forced to multitask.
Hair cut and straight razor shave was $ 40.
One last comment: the high pressure air hoses they use to blow hair off the customers are obnoxious.

Love Jackie and Steph! They’re amazing. We immediately had a warm and welcoming feeling. My sons had the best cut in Vegas! Came all the way here from the Northwest to have the cuts and it was worth it! Definitely returning.
