I don’t know if this is the right place for the other reviews. However, let me talk about the one in blvd mall because there are several locations. The customer service there is outstanding! I have been going for years to get all my jewelry professionally cleaned. I have bought friends and family gifts there and they provide nice cases to go with it. The prices are great! The place is nice and they have great payment options.
There is value for money and they always get me what I want. I highly recommend this place specially if you want to find unique items. Just let them know what you are looking for.
In the past, i got something custom made and it turned out perfectly. Engraving is professional as well.

I just got a boxing title belt engraved and it looks like a 6 year old did it with a rock. It is absolutely the worst engraving job I have ever seen. I can’t even believe a sane person would look at this and think it was even remotely close to what someone would pay for. And they wanted $ 50!!? I could have done this myself.
If you want a terrible engraving job done and you’re think about coming here, take whatever it is you want engraved and smash it against the ground six or seven times. It’ll look better than what you’ll get if you trust these bums with your property.

They have bad customer service i bought my husband $ 600. gold chain necklace and its always breaking and a week after getting it fixed it breaks again and they dont do nothing to help you or say they will call you with a deal and a better chain and never call I do not recomened this place to buy jewelry
