Worthless home inspection.
— Mark and his son never went on the roof to inspect the condition, claiming to inspect the roof with binoculars from the ground.
— They never went into the attic where our heating unit is located.
— for $ 50 extra dollars they glanced at the pool equipment looking for leaks, something I could have done for nothing
— claimed they couldn’t inspect dishwasher because dishes were in it?!!
— they had a battery tester that went unused in our inspection on the gas starter of the fireplace and smoke alarms were dismissed because they were missing batteries.
— unable to answer any questions nor inspecting a hot tub and expensive Kinetico water system
