Let me start out by saying Heather Mongie is one of the best Realtors I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only is she is a professional within the Realtor market, but she can be now considered a friend. I told her of my needs/​wants immediately and told her of my strict deadline of my lease on my current situation. Not only did we find the perfect home, but the process from our first contact to putting an offer in was 1.5 weeks. She made it seem I was a priority.
Once the offer was accepted, she made the paperwork and the rest of the steps exceptionally easy. Heather and I closed on the house well before the deadline and there was 0 issues after hearing many horror stories from friends and family on the house purchasing process.
I had a family attorney look over all documents for a verification check on legal parameters and Realtor jargon and she can verify that Heather knows what she is talking about and not trying to make it beneficial to her.
