Green Valley Grocery

This is one of those times where I believe that Unilocal should have a negative star feature. I cannot stand negativity however, I have nothing good to say about this store. I walked in today after just getting in a car wreck totalling my car to get a coffee. I had asked about a deal saying 1.00 off of Starbucks. The manager Milka, very rudely said «we don’t have the coupons» ok fair enough however they should have taken the sign down. I explained to her that she didn’t have to be rude about it. She snapped back «I’m wasn’t being rude». I asked for her managers name she said «I am the manager» and initially refused to give me the name of her district manager. I called their district office to complain about her rudeness. Having a bad day is one thing but don’t take it out on your customers and not expect them to complain. Avoid this place. There’s plenty of convenience stores in the area who will gladly take your money and provide you friendly service. I will not be returning.
