Great Value Storage

Unbelievable how unprofessional and unethical this company is! They wouldn’t spend $ 5 on a part to fix my door properly so when we had multiple rain-​days, well guess what??? Yep, my unit was flooded because the door was faulty and wouldn’t seal properly. My oldest daughters baby pictures: ruined! Yep that’s right, all molded and the cost of restoration was $ 5,000, but did you think they would pay that?! NOPE! They apparently have no conscience and are sleeping very well at night because they are only giving me $ 2,000. Yes, that’s right and I also had a box of jackets (3 of them were leather) and all my kids’ winter jackets… Well over $ 1,000 and other items as well. To make matters worse, I’ve been told that my claim was «approved» on December 8^th and it is now February 2^nd! I call because I know something funny is going on here and nobody will call me back — no replies to my emails or text messages. Listen, if you are storing worthless stuff than I guess this is the place to go but if you have anything that is of any sort of value to you, DO NOT rent here! You will be sorry!
