Why won’t Unilocal let us give zero stars? This place is so crowded and overbooked. The customer service sucks and you never get into the appointment you were scheduled for. The wait is forever bc of the over/​double booking. Also, be leery of Fidelis Moseri (I think he’s a nurse). If you like being talked down to, being prescribed the wrong medicine, being laughed at in your face, being charged $ 250 for a 2 week note for work, and constantly being told what to do with your own life, then this guy is for you. If you want real care, that you can actually benefit from, try one of the other psychs there. It is worth the risk, but just be careful

Rundown, crowded, overall unpleasant experience.
I found them on my insurance companies website, and I drove clear across town to find out that they take PPO and not HMO!
Staffers were RUDE! Overall extremely Unpleasant experience — and judging by the other reviews, I believe I might have dodged a bullet!

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I agree with the previous reviewer about the place being kind of scary. The only positive thing that I can say is that they get you in and out very quickly.
I did not like Dr. Okeke at all. He was rude, condescending, and acted irritated and put-​out by the questions I asked about the medication he wanted to give me. He had no patience with me at all. ‘Just shut up and take the pills I give you’ was the attitude I got. In addition, they don’t give you any refills on the prescriptions and expect for you to come back every 3 weeks for «check-​ups.» He refused to write me more than 3 weeks on the Rx he gave me despite the fact that I told him I had to wait until the end of the month until I got paid again before I could come back. Sounds to me like you’re more concerned with billing my insurance and getting paid than with helping patients.
In addition, you also have to initial literally 4 pages!!! (2 full pages front and back) that you consent to pill counts, urine tests, you won’t give your drugs to friends and family, drugs can cause addiction, they don’t give refills on prescriptions, they have the right to refuse you service if you get belligerent with the doctors or staff, etc, etc. Was I at a methadone clinic?
Bottom line: DON’T GO!

This place kinda creeps me out. It’s rundown and… well…a little on the scary side. Staff are not exactly unpleasant, but they sure aren’t friendly either. And frankly, they really just don’t seem to give a damn. Don’t ask any questions. It seems like patients are treated like a revolving door here. A staffer checks your blood pressure and weight. Then a nurse or doctor hands out prescriptions. And that’s it.
