Beyond frustrated and exhausted. My sons (who is 2) appointment was at 9:20am — we were not seen till 11:45 by Dr. Shin. He was their for a full exam but because we waited so long we did half the appointment. To dilate his eyes would’ve been another 2 or more hours. She was very nice but not worth the wait.

We have been here for 3 hours & are still waiting to see the Dr. So unacceptable & disrespectful. According to the front desk, this is normal. Save yourself the headache & time, go elsewhere!
