Furniture In Paradise

I have ordered a media center two weeks ago, paid in full online, and have not heard back since. It said that the order would ship within 3 – 5 business days and I would receive a tracking number. I have not received an e-​mail update or tracking number. I have e-​mailed Steve via the store e-​mail and left a voice message. They have not responded and I’m very frustrated with the complete lack of communication and the non-​completion of my shipment. I would not purchase any items from this store again and I don’t recommend anybody else does either. I have never had anything like this happen with an online purchase.

I live in Orange County, CA. Spent about a week time looking around for a new mattress and queen bed. My mattress so old and sunks in the middle really hurting my back. Went to 6 local funiture store, all they do is try to get you to buy more expensive mattress. Long story short, saw the ichiban mattress at a local store and they wanted $ 500 bucks. Search online and got it from Steve for only $ 299. And they haul away my old mattress and gave me a 10% discount with FREE delivery. Such a great deal. End up buying the matress, queen bed, and a box spring. Product delievered earlier today, 6÷11÷2015 @11am, and the delivery personnel was very professional and quick.
To be honest, had some initial doubts at first since I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning an item if I didn’t like it. But the deals and prompt service you get is SUPER GREAT. They also have a 100% satisfaction guranteed at point of delivery. So if you check the item and it’s not something you like then you can refuse to accept the product. They will refund your money.

I ordered a sectional from Furniture in Paradise after looking around at other local stores for the exact same piece. Steve’s prices were by far THE BEST I found. Not only were his prices extremely reasonable, he provided EXCELLENT customer service! He kept in regular communication with me until my sectional arrived. He even delivered and assembled the whole thing for me. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. Can’t be beat. Thank you, Steve!!!
