This food stuck delivers a slice of heaven to your mouth. We ordered a few things and shared and everything was delicious! I can’t wait to check out the restaurant!

I have been wanting to try this food truck for a couple of years now. I ordered a cheeseburger with the fuku sauce on it(cant remember the name of the burger) at an event. Fries were separate. The wait was about 15 minutes for the burger, longer for fries. The burger was definitely tasty and I loved the flavors! The fries weren’t anything to write home about. They came out wrong the first time(we ordered the loaded fries that come with sauce and toppings). The cook fixed it, unfortunately they weren’t very warm/hot and I thought they were«ok». I would like to try their other burgers!

EDIT this review is for the restaurant in the Hawaiian Marketplace WOW the hype was far from reality. … had the«egg burger» the patty was burnt and dry, akin to eating a piece of jerky with the fried egg looking more of a hard boiled egg than anything else. Then the fries were still raw on the inside. Hopefully this was an off night as it is NOTHING what was expected and with the HORRIBLEPARKING I’ll be hard pressed to come back… May try the food truck for a redemption, however the restaurant version is a SADSAD representation to the hype.

Glad I tried this place. The place was totally empty on this Monday afternoon so it took a few mins to get our order in and out. The Tamago burger had a good flavor which dropped off after the 2nd or third bite. Still juicy and tasty. The hot and crispy jazz fries were hot and flavorful. Good value given that this place is on the strip. Try it!

If you disagree: let’s not go to war over it. It would be a bizarre society if we just had to agree on everything. Patty cooked right, egg cooked right. I had no problems with the food. It’s just … It has proven difficult to locate them because they blocked me on Twitter. Tried it at the American Foodie fest. Let me just tell you, I was working for a Lyft booth right next to them for 6 hours, and it smelt sooooooooo good. The line was long for the longest time. So after I got off my shift, I went my way to them, and ordered a Tamago aka Egg burger with a side of garlic fries. Bomb. Their garlic fries were crispy and not too much garlic which is perfect. and the burger, although the bottom of my bun was a little soggy, it was still good. So in reality I wasn’t complaining about the bottom bun. The burger was cooked perfectly, and the egg gave it more taste along with the crispy onion strings. Next time I’m there, I will def try the Chicken Katsu burger thanks for being so delish! And the fun part, when they put in our order, they asked us to give a funny name! I used Piglet because of my childhood nickname. So it was cute. It was fun to hear the other names also! Right on, right on. Keep cookin’ Füküburger!

Paid $ 5 for a parking at this sketchy ghetto parking lot, got chased by a creepy drunk old man and walked a good 20 min to get me some of your delicious burger. Why do I do this? Because you have a special place in my heart. Fukuburger serves some Japanese-style fusion burger. I first had Fukuburger few years ago at First Friday. I ordered their Buta Burger which consist of all beef Fuku-patty with applewood smoked bacon, American cheese, pickled red onions and red ginger, topped with Japanese BBQ sauce and wasabi mayo. Total 2 hours of wait for a burger which sounds ridiculous, but as soon as I took a bite, I fell in love. It was none like I had in the past. I love their Japanese twist of adding wasabi mayo and red ginger in a burger because you can’t find that combination anywhere, especially on their juicy beef patty. I devoured my burger like a gorilla. Ever since the day I met Fukuburger, I started having dreams about it. My love for Fukuburger kept growing by day. Then my second visit slapped me in the face. My buta burger was cold and their patty and bacon in the burger were extremely dry. I’m still giving this place 4 stars because the girls that takes the order are super friendly and I love their system of calling out the orders where customers get to choose a creative name to be called for a pickup. I was disappointed by my second visit but might give another chance in the future. Check their website to see where they are today:

Great concept of fusion(Japanese/American) food. We tried their egg burger and katsu chicken sandwich and between the two, I enjoyed the chicken sandwich more. It was literally fried to perfection. The egg burger was a little tasteless but a sprinkle of salt fixed that. We also has their jazz fries which came smothered in Japanese mayo and brown gravy. Truly quite yummy. This is delicious food for when you don’t give a shit about how many calories you’re consuming with every bite. I sure didn’t. Service was good and they actually do give free soda refills. Just ask! All in all, this is a pretty decent non-standard burger joint. I’d come again.

Had the Tamago burger. It was ok. No way near the hype. So much«stuff» on it that I couldn’t taste the beef. Bottom bun was soaked. Kinda wimpy. BTW We ate there(not take out). Jazz fries were sweet but I like sweet so I thought they were pretty good. Service was fun and friendly. Would actually eat there again if I was in the neighborhood or if they were in mine. i.e. I wouldn’t seek them out. But it wouldn’t be for a burger. I’m kinda curious about the naga dog. Looks like nice guys w a lot of friends

The first time I came here, I got the #1 with an egg and it was AMAZING. Best burger I’ve ever tasted, not joking. The jazz fries were interesting. I could see other people really enjoying them, but they just weren’t my thing. Then I went again for the mushroom burger and it was really, really salty and the bun was soaked. It still wasn’t bad, just not up to the standards I’d expected. I went a third time for the pork burger and it was just okay. Not great. Maybe it’s just me, but I probably won’t be going to the fuku truck again for burgers. The Naga Dog looks really good though, will probably give that a shot. Overall, I’d still recommend fukuburger. Maybe I’ve just had weird luck.

Came here after a night of drinking at Carson Kitchen and La Comida. Since I didn’t enjoy my meal at CK, I needed something from Fuku. It was good, not great. I got the regular burger. Forgive me for not knowing what the name is. My friend got the hot dog and I was really impressed with that. I liked that better than my burger, lol. I wouldn’t rush to come back here, but I will definitely try them again when I see them.

How the fuku have I not done a review for the most beloved food truck in Las Vegas?!? Man these guys are everywhere! I love the fact that they support many walks of the local community from Westside Wednesday’s, Hip-Hop events at the HippoEsthetics shop(Shout out to the crew there), UNLV, DTLV and tons of other spots. In Vegas there are tons of ameraisan fusion options to confuse your taste buds. I will go out on a limb and say that Fuku is one of my faves of all the fusion spots in town. I love the posh burger boutiques that we got in town but man, there is something about eating a juicy burger in a parking lot on a bucket. Never mind the LED lighting, fancy plates and ambiance of the other place; you ind Fuku purely for the food; th way it should be. AND lets not forget the thrill of the case of stalking these guys down. My fave is the karai(spicy) burger with an extra side of crack sauce and garlic fries. The burger is more of a sweet and spicy thing versus fire on a bun. Chase your food down with a tip jelly(if you tipped the crew). Find Fuku and you’ll find happiness. Pat approved and GF tested.

Sad the Los Angeles location closed down. I have always wanted to try the Vegas truck but never got a chance. My pictures and review are for the food I ate at the LA location, same menu. Chicken Katsu — $ 6 — Chicken was fried to a perfectly, crunchy outside and juicy inside. The slaw and crack sauce complemented the burger well. Tamago — $ 6 — I loved the taste of the patty. It was juicy and flavored really well. And everything is better with a fried egg! Garlic Fries — $ 4 — Fries were good but nothing special. The dip was really good though. I really liked the food at the restaurant, cannot wait to actually try the truck!

So worth cheating on any diet! I promise! I’ve had 3 of the 6 burgers and I’ve never been disappointed. Fukuburger is the kind of delicious where it’s so good when you take a bite you have to do it with your eyes closed. Like that! I go to downtown Fremont on the weekends just for Fukuburger. Sure there’s the cool bars and friends to hang out with, but I always make a point to bring whoever I’m with to the parking lot behind the bars where the Fukuburger truck is parked on Fridays and Saturdays pumping loud music with a crowd of people gathered together sitting on those orange buckets having a great time. Every trip to this truck is always fun and worth it.

Dear Fukuburger truck– You have great taste and a cult following, but our relationship needs to cool off a bit. It’s not you, it’s me. Ever since you shot to stardom, you have trouble remembering my name or order and I keep noticing you looking at jailbait teens in short-shorts instead of me when we’re out on the town. Your namesake Fukuburger is delicious, but I’ll find someone like you eventually. What I’ll really miss is your Nagadog– no one’s spicy sausage and fancy toppings compare to yours. It’ll be a lot of long hard nights longing for you before I can move on. But it needs to be done. I’ll see you around, and I wish you the best, but you gotta stop calling my name when you have a bad day. I value myself too much to be your cheap, quick, and easy back up plan. See you around, Stefany V. AKA Blonde Ambition

I’m probably the last person who lives in Vegas to try Fuku. I’ve many failed attempts to go to Chinatown and food truck events to have their burger since almost everyone I know like them. I was excited that they were at the car show last night. The line was a bit long so I had high hopes. I had the Tamago burger and garlic fries. My friend got the Karai(spicy) burger and garlic fries. The Tamago burger was too sweet and messy to eat. The garlic fries were not garlic-ky at all and the dip was also sweet. The Karai burger was a little bit spicy but plenty sweet. Overall, Fuku did not live up to my expectations. All hype, sadly. I might have enjoyed it if I were drunk and couldn’t feel my mouth. It’s just not for me.

After years of knowing about this truck and months of waiting since I passed them up at the Silverton food truck festival, I finally got the chance to try these guys out. They were parked outside Kuma Snow Cream for its grand opening event. In spite of the intense heat, we opted to go for burgers instead of braving the long lines for the sweet treats. Quickly glancing at the menu, I skipped the plain-sounding option #1 and went for #2, the Tamago Burger. They’ll ask you for a nickname instead of your actual name to call your order. It seems that Pokemon were really popular that evening, but I went with… something else that you’ll have to ask me about later. After several minutes, my $ 5 morsel of goodness came out. It was impressively hard to eat with all the ingredients and mayo literally bursting from the sides. I ended up having to cradle the burger with one hand and to support it with the paper plate in my other hand. Then I licked my hand clean and wiped it down with the napkins. I have no shame; it was that yummy. I never did get to try Kuma, actually. But it probably wasn’t the best food available that night anyway.
