Arrangement looked nothing like picture on website. It was called holiday splendor, for Christmas. I spent with delivery 70.00, and got the deluxe. Looked like a Birthday bouquet not Christmas. It was very skimpy saw better ones in grocery store for half the money. Called to complain, very nice said they would trade it out. The new bouquet is fuller and still looks nothing like picture! It is an easy bouquet to duplicate, so that tells me the talent is not there at this florist. Will never use them or recommend.

Flowers by Michelle always helps me with school functions so I went to them when my mom had surgery. I bought a beautiful arrangement and had a problem after a couple of days. I called them and they immediately fixed and made it better. They are always friendly, gracious and professional. Thank you guys for doing great work!

Quality is less than impressive, service is awful. Price is cheap for a reason. I wouldn’t recommend.
