It’s true — these folks are as good as it gets! We bought a new Lenovo kitchen sink which has a new type of plumbing connection. Our installer told us our Badger garbage disposal (new) would no longer connect. Called the store where Gretchen not only corrected the misinformation but also put Ken on the phone to guide us through the video for the plumber to watch. We will be loyal customers! Maureen Clarke

Just had a great experience at Faucets Galore! The sales people were very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed some new bathroom faucets for a rental and had a great choice and great product selection.

We stopped in do pick some new fixtures for our soon to be remodeled bathroom. Ken was helping another customer so we had time to browse their wide variety of fixtures they had to offer. It was nice to see a variety not offered by the regular chain home improvement stores. I always like to have something different and they supply it!
What we were looking for was not displayed but Ken had us look at some of the dealer books to find what we wanted. He was so helpful and friendly to deal with. After our choices were made, we gave him our email to send us exactly what we had picked out. As promised, in my email was the information and selections we made in the store.
It was such a pleasure dealing with them and would recommend checking them out!

Stay away from this place. The sales guy just quoted me $ 300 for a set up for my bathroom, then when I went to pay the lady at the register she said $ 410. She then said ill give you a contractors discount even though I was told I was getting the same discount from the sales guy. She claimed she was doing me a favor as I wasn’t really a contractor and brought the price down to $ 360. I asked for my credit card back and told her I didn’t want to buy the product by Delta and left. The sales guy Ken was busy with other customers so I couldn’t be bothered to let him know I was leaving.
So my boyfriend looked the same product up on amazon and got the whole set up for $ 220 including shipping. I understand they have to make a profit, but this wasn’t cool.
I believe the sales guy and the cashier were related, yet neither were on the same page.

Just finishing my Las vegas remodel and wanted to share the businesses that I had great success with. Faucets Galore is one of my few top picks. This place is fabulous for stylish plumbing supplies at very moderate prices. Their showroom is beautiful and Ken and his crew are invaluable when it comes to expertise and service. We bought sinks, faucets and a gorgeous well priced vanity here. Loved that they had specialty items within a few days unlike some of the hardware stores that more than once did not deliver when promised. If you are working on a kitchen or bath, go see Ken and crew and check out their beautiful & unique fixtures. If it’s not on the showroom floor, he has great catalogue service with quick delivery. Thanks Ken, it was a pleasure to work with you guys.
