Went back here again after the highlights in my hair were BUTCHERED by another hair salon. My stylist, whose name is escaping me (but she had brightly colored hair), knew just what I wanted and got it done in a timely manner, without jeopardizing the color or the customer service.
I will definitely return to this location for any future highlights or hairstyles, as it’s obvious the hairdressers are all very passionate about their work, and care about their customers.

It’s so disappointed when I verify the price which they are offering $ 9.99 adult & $ 7.99 for kids cut. Manager said no we don’t honor this price. They should remove coupon price for false advertising.

Michelle is amazing! Quick and perfect EVERY TIME! She’s been my hairdresser now for 5 yrs or more and wouldn’t trade her for anyone, my girls and I would follow her anywhere in town! She’s been amazing with my twins, putting up with them cutting their own hair and making it something that is cute! And perfecting my picky daughters «rockabilly bangs»!! I have thick curly hair and she layers it perfectly. YOU ROCK MICHELLE! We are lucky to have found you and thank you for everything! This store was very clean, easy to find and everyone was very friendly.

Even if your down on your luck, do not ever go here! First they do not honor their coupons. Now you may be wondering if the coupon was expired, it was not. No where on the coupon does it say specialty haircut excluded. I have an A-​line haircut. News to me that this is a specialty cut. Secondly, dummy me decides despite their false adverstiment, to go ahead and get the cut, well let me tell you this is the most uneven cut I have ever gotten. Makes me wonder where these hairdressers get their license. This is not the only time I have ever used Fantastic Sam. Went to a different location. Result… stupid is as stupid gets. (Thats me) for trying again. Always invest in a good haircut, it is well worth the money!

Went in for a basic hair cut, was helped at the desk and had Johnny for my hair. The atmosphere was very laid back. He seemed to both understand what I wanted for my hair and know what needed to be done to get my hair back to a healthy length.
Good service, good cheap haircut, just what I needed!

I decided i needed my hair cut and colored TODAY, (I tend to be impetuous about my hair!) I am visiting Las Vegas, where my son lives, and didn’t have a clue where to go for a good cut and a root touch up. I just happened to find this Fantastic Sams and walked in. Sarah took me and gave me a great cut and color. I am very picky, but she made me very happy with this great cut on my straight hair. Also, The price was very very reasonable! I will be seeing Sarah again!

Asked for a little trim on sides, didn’t listen. Asked to keep the same shape on top, cut more off. Didn’t wash off hair again after get haircut. Not social, very awkward. Had to go home right after to wash off because I couldn’t stand the amount of hair left over on my hair and my shirt and my shorts! –update: sorry, wrong salon.

I’ve gone to many different shops to get my haircut and always had inconsistent haircuts. No matter if it’s a $ 50 cut, it has been good sometimes and bad others.
A number of years ago i was in a jam and decided to get a cut at the nearest place i could. I met Johnny and thought I’ll get the guy that has the trendy hair.
He’s very personable, funny and always give a consistent great cut and a shampoo. I’m very surprised by the other review of one star. He always has a line of people waiting to see him. The constant demand for him can’t be wrong. Thanks for the great cuts Johnny.

I wanted some pink in my hair and went here. I’ve gone here many times before. Johnny is the one who died my hair. He was very rude since I sat in his chair. He had a horrible attitude (as he always does) and he was VERY rough while brushing my hair. My hair is dark so it needed to be bleached. Long story short… My hair was over processed and 8 INCHES MELTED OFF!!! Did he say sorry? NOPE. Instead he kept trying to blame me and blame whatever hair products I used. Really disappointed. Other than my hair melting off, I like the pink on what’s left of what was dyed.

Mandy is the best! Ask for her, and you won’t be disappointed. I’ve gotten her twice, once for a haircut and once for highlights. She did a fantastic job both times, and was so fun to talk to. She made it such an enjoyable experience.

Huge shout out to Leigh who cut my son’s hair. My son (6 years old) hates getting his hair cut and sat on the chair with a major scowl on his face. After about 5 minutes Leigh had him talking about all sorts of things including how she was cutting his hair. She didn’t treat him like a child, which he appreciated. She took her time and did a fantastic job. We will be taking him back to her from now on! Thanks Leigh!

Did I really finish lunch and head across the street to Vons intending on getting a haircut? No. Did I really go to Las Vegas and intend to get a haircut while I was visiting? No. But sometimes fate intervenes and you have a little extra time and you just roll the dice on Fantastic Sam’s.
I’m no stranger to Sam, so this experience was pretty much on par with others I’ve had. The gal cutting my hair wasn’t shy about just jumping in and getting the job done. She also mentioned trimming my eyebrows. And was sure to tell me that it wasn’t a suggestion – she was going to cut them. Well okay. Cut away, lady.
It was a little rushed (not really complaining as this was an impromptu stop) and I’m glad it didn’t go the other way and I put me in the chair for an eternity. The place was clean, it was $ 20 including the tip, and I was on my way. Easy enough.

Very disappointing. The one, yet still far from redeeming, quality this place has is that the line was short. The stylists were nice enough, but how can you maintain professionalism, while bitching about your manager not having any? Maybe there is a way, but not in front of your customers. Of course even that could be ignored if you get a decent hair cut. All I wanted was a simple bob. It was done with a clippers. Literally 5 minutes and I was sent on my way with choice strands half an inch longer than the rest of my hair. For what you get, it is an expensive hair cut.
