Dry Extraction Carpet Cleaning

This was one of the BEST experiences we ever had with a carpet cleaning company. Shout out to Amos for doing such a great job! He spoke to my boyfriend Adam on the phone and worked out a great deal. Our carpets are light beige and there where some spots in our bedroom that where DARK like dark brown/​black he got them out and now a week later they still are gone! Took about 2 hours to do 3 bedrooms… like I said one bedroom had very dark spots. The carpet was left dry and fluffy– didn’t have a waxy feel to it either! Very fresh. Polite person and we felt comfortable with him in the house. Will be giving Amos all of our future business!

They arrived on time, explained all the details and did the job amazingly. The extra add ons are optional no ones holding a gun to your head. He is very knowledgeable in his field. Btw I did shell out for extra conditioning treatment for the carpets and oh they felt sooooo soft afterwards
He actually recommend that I stop using swiffer or products similar to that (pinesol etc) because they form a waxy layer that attract and stores dirt which we then drag onto the carpet. He explained that these companies want you to keep purchasing the product over and over so they make it in a way that will make you keep cleaning more often so you buy more often. His solution was to get a cleaning mop stick with a bottle that you can use your own solution (hot water and vinegar) to clean floors with.
I suggested it to my fiancé and we bought the equipment needed the next day (Lysol makes one where you can put any liquid)
While not found of vinegar smell (it disappears quickly though) it works wonders on our floors no sticky residue. It’s also extremely safe for my two children and 3 fur babies!
He also came back because some stains had resurfaced post first cleaning, unfortunately I don’t know what caused the stains because nothing seems to have gotten them out. The only issue I had is that the second time he cleaned our carpets all over again as a courtesy but either forgot or didn’t use the softener again so they weren’t soft like before :-(so I was saddened by the loss.
Apart from that they work fast and are very courteous!

This company is completely unethical. I purchased a Groupon and paid in advance. While cleaning the carpet, Amos lost control of the machine and put a large hole in the bedroom door. He said he would replace it no later than 10 days (today was the deadline) because my new tenants were due to arrive. He refused to return my calls and when I reached him by calling from a «private» number, he said he was too busy. He claimed he had insurance but wouldn’t put it through because it was cheaper for him to do it himself. I agreed and now I am having to hire someone to do it and sue Amos for the costs which will be close to $ 300!!! So I am currently out the $ 74 I paid PLUS the cost of replacing and painting the new door. I will be reporting this to the Contractor’s Board as well. STAY AWAY from this company!
