Kimberly in this office is incredibly RUDE. Snotty is not an easy term to describe but her exasperated voice to everyone, including those on the phone tells me she has no patience for patients. By the way, I waited 2 hrs in the office for my appt.
Now I am at my second appointment. No acknowledgement that I am even in the waiting room, even though I signed in. I have been sitting here for over 90 minutes waiting to have. Except for Dr. Diaz, I have yet to see anyone smile in this office.
My first phone call after I am done here is to my regular physician for a referral to a new doctor.

RUDE! I called to make an appointment for my husband who is suffering from chronic migraines. The man who answered the phone would not let me even speak! It was as if I was interrupting him. Any doctor who has such rude staff will not be a doctor of ours!

I would find another doctor. The staff are not helpful or friendly and every appointment runs at least 45 minutes late. No doc should be treating their neuro patients like this.

I agree with the last 2 reviews. He gets an extra star only because he helped me out and I didn’t have copay (thanks Blue Cross).
I saw him 2 HOURS after my scheduled appointment and the receptionist told me he’ll «be with you shortly». I waited for him in the exam room for about an hour and a half drooling over previous editions of People Magazine’s Sexiest Men Alive; if he took another hour longer I would’ve probably masturbated.
Like the previous review, Dr. Diaz walked in like my waiting for him for almost 2 hours wasn’t a big deal; he had no consideration for my time. If you’re going to make an appointment, I suggest you make it a few hours before work ’cause this dude takes forever!

I can vouch for the review below. We made an appointment at 9am and the doctor didn’t arrive until 10:15! He strolled in like he didn’t pull some inconsiderate/​unprofessional crap. My mom took off work to make this appointment and this man has absolutely no regard for your time.
I don’t know why I’m surprised because specialists must feel they’re not obligated to provide good customer service because their patients need them so much. Still, don’t be an asshole. You’re not the only neurologist in Las Vegas.
