i booked tickets to go to the nfr rodeo in december with a large group i book tickets under a-​m in sections 201 — 230 understanding that we would be grouped together in the same section but maybe not the same row. that they would try there hardest to group us 6 and 3 or 4, 2, 3 in the same section. but nope we ended up in 3 different sections 2, 2 and 5. when i called back to see if there was anything i could do about it he told me no it was a done deal and was totally rude and said he would never have told me any of the above. so sorry i ever used this company and spent my money with them. i will never use them again
