I left a review in regards to old management (when it was with Beks Group) and I’m ready to leave another review regarding new management. Sadly, I have to give 1 star. Why? Well, they are no different from old managment: poor service, rude staff, don’t return your calls, laundry facility is dirty and they increased the fees on everything. But did they send out letters or give us a notice when we paid last month’s rent about the increase? Nope… I was told over the phone this week when I asked about the transfer fee, which used to be $ 250, now is $ 300. Studio was $ 602… Now it’s $ 670. I mean that is a huge increase. I looked forward to new management taking over but unfortunately there are very few friendly and professional people that care.

Tips: make sure you keep all your rent receipt because it looks like the people that work in the office don’t know what they’re doing or collecting money but never put on your file, like what happens to us we pay our rent on time and for the first time we encounter that we got a eviction letter. Like really!!! They reason, new management, not updating the system, new management with rude staff!!! Not even a star I would give at this place.

Just moved into a studio unit a month ago and I gotta say I like it. Pretty much a bare bones complex. Wish they had BBQ pits. Very quiet. Moving in process was easy. Unit was clean and everything was working. Studios come with Murphy bed which was nice because it stopped me from having to buy a new bed. Close to everything you need as far as shopping and dining goes. So close to South Point casino I walk there. For the side of town you’re on, can’t beat the rent. Right next to highway. Work on the strip and it takes me 7 minutes to get to work. They have studio, one and two bedroom units for lease. No 3 bedrooms so haven’t seen a lot of families here, but if you’re single or have a roommate and a need a 2 bedroom, this place is ideal. Again, this place is quiet. I work nights and sleep during day and I haven’t had any problems as far as loud noises waking me up and that’s a bid deal for me which is why I’m mentioning it again. For the location and price I would definitely recommend this place to live.

A friend just moved in here recently, and we weren’t disappointed. Accessible location, though it is right next to the freeway. Apartment was spotless when we checked it, everything in good working condition, friendly neighbors, and relatively quiet area.
