Wow the last guy obviously has a personal issue with David Sajdak and chose to slander him publicly. Several of the so-called issues he talks about are not even issues(e.g., a realtor who also can do mortgages. That is perfectly legal and many people do it.) In my experience David Sajdak has been very ethical and very concerned with doing everything by the book. I have had many successful business dealings with David Sajdak and Win Win Real Estate Inc. over the past 8 years or so. I find him to be very knowledgeable in many areas and very trustworthy and very hardworking to earn your business. He is a go-getter. OK he is a salesman too so you should keep that in mind and factor it in because like any realtor he’s going to emphasize the positives a bit and downplay the negatives a little but they all do that and he is not as blatant about it as most of the realtors. He has remained in contact(and is friends with) many of his past customers because he is a great all-around guy who would give the shirt off his back to help someone. You won’t go wrong if you choose him.

Stay clear of this guy!!! I used to deal with him. I won’t use any adjectives that can land a slander suit, but here’s some facts to consider: I know that he did a «short sale» in a situation for his friend, where his friend was living in his girl friend’s house, and Sajdak«short sold it» back to his friend. No move, no lease back, just paperwork, and made his money. This is unethical at the least, and I don’t know all the Nevada Real Estate Laws, but I have a feeling it may also be illegal. Certainly, if the selling bank found out, his friend and his girl friend would be wide open to legal action on the part of the bank. He also does home mortgages, which is a conflict of interest in selling the house. My friend told me that he tried to talk him into a mortgage with a higher payment. He did not inform me of a change on an insurance policy, and it cost me $ 12, 000 just so he could make a commission. He misrepresented the payout of an insurance annuity, and blamed the insurance carrier. He was hoping I would just sign on out of personal loyalty. He has tried to sell me property, in which I would take all the risk, and he would actually make more money because he would take commissions at both ends. As I said before, I won’t use adjectives to describe this man’s ethics, but I just bought another home, and I decided I would be better off with the phone book, than this person that I’ve known for 10 years. What does that tell you?
