My family has used Dr. Dalley for over 20 years. He is a true professional. I took my daughter there for her first check up at 3 years old and she still uses Dr. Dalley, she is 30 now. Need I say more? I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my child. He has taken care of our family for everything from serious root canals and minor fillings to beautiful cosmetic dentistry. My crowns are in for over 15 years now and still look like new and no one could tell they aren’t my own teeth. He is truly concerned about the work he does to make sure the fit is perfect. His staff is friendly and always at your service with anything they can do to make things comfortable for you. They treat you like family. His pricing is good for the excellent work he does and my insurance never has an issue with the charges. He even calls you at the end of the day if you’ve had some serious work done to follow up and make sure you are feeling ok or to see if you need anything. I would recommend him to anyone and I have done so many times. My other relatives use him now too. Joyce M.

My family and I have had nothing but the best experience here. Very professional staff, great dentist. He always call the evening of any procedure to see how we are doing. Love him.

A few years back, I used Dr. Dalley as my regular dentist for about a year or so. He’s a good dentist overall, does good work, has state-of-the-art equipment, skilled staff, etc., but I stopped using him because I felt he upsold me some work that I didn’t need, to the tune of about $ 3,500. I went in for a sore molar, and he advised me that I needed to replace all of my fillings right then and there. I had no issues with any of my other fillings, and in hindsight I don’t think anything needed to be done with them. So, a $ 1,200 job turned into a $ 3,500 job before I knew what happened. Since I was paying out of pocket, no insurance, they had a convenient«no interest» loan(i.e. loan sharks) setup for me on my way out. I had no choice but to sign the thing and leave. Just something about the whole thing rubbed me the wrong way, I got the vibe that the front desk girl(who was hard-selling me) was getting a cut or had a quota of some sort. Didn’t care for it. Additionally I almost had to eat $ 1,080 in «interest» from the loan company, Unicorn Financial, as well. I had to retain an attorney and have them send 4 threatening letters before they backed off, which they did finally. At that point I decided to find another dentist. I don’t care for providers that deal with shady companies, it reflects on them as well. Anyway, that’s my experience. Dr. Dalley is a good dentist and he has excellent equipment and skilled staff, but I don’t appreciate the hard-sell tactics. I’d rather just get treated for the problem at hand and be on my way. I won’t be making that mistake again.
