One of the workers here is SORUDE :(a poor older lady drove 30 minutes to pick up pictures and the store didn’t have them. The worker, a young girl with a short haircut with half of it shaved, was so unbelievable rude and unhelpful to the lady. She did not care one bit about her photos or about helping her solve this issue. She blew her off and went back up to the register. The poor lady stood there and didn’t know what else to do. She asked if there was a manger but the worker just kept ignoring her. It was so upsetting to see a worker treat a customer this way. I will not be going back to this location specifically for this reason. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Wow! Customer service here sucks. The bathrooms are always closed or out of order. Wonder how the 8 employees use the restroom when they are here 10 to 12 hours a day. No wonder this place smells like shit and piss. They must do it in the floor.

I have been using this pharmacy for a while and I have had to start counting my pills as soon as I pick them up. Once I was short 30 pills! Another time I was short 11. This time I was only short one, so I guess that’s improvement.

This is a run-of-the-mill CVS. It’s not pretty or new. There’s nothing exceptional about it. But the staff are always friendly and nice. There’s rarely a checkout line, and if there is, it moves quickly. They’ve never been out of stock of anything either. The layout of the store and what category items are under is a rather confusing here, though. i swear I hunted for a lint roller for like 15 minutes. And then spent another 10 minutes hunting for q-tips. Which is also evidence of how under-staffed this location can feel sometimes too. Staff are pretty much only at the register. But they’ve got most everything you could want from a CVS. So it’s a-ok.

I called tonight about my prescriptions. Crystal answered the phone and said I had a prescription Zyrtec ready. My question was is there a difference between the prescription one and the OTC one? Because I had just purchased a bottle of 70OTC(my dr didn’t tell me he was prescribing it) She told me it is the same exact thing. My next question was if it’s the same thing then why do they prescribe it at all? I was just a little confused and since I’ve been dealing with such horrible allergy/asthma problems, I wanted to be 100% sure I was going to be okay just using the OTC Zyrtec I bought and make sure I didn’t need to get the prescriptions ones instead. She got a huge attitude with me and just kept saying«it’s the same thing» I could hear her signing over the phone and the annoyance in her voice. Finally I just said okay and googled it when I hung up. I feel like she should have been able to answer a simple question. I went in to pick up the other prescriptions I had waiting and Jasmine helped me(extremely helpful and sweet). I asked her the same question and she was nice enough to tell me that some insurances will cover the cost of it and that’s why they prescribe it. Makes total sense now and it was a very simple answer. It may be common knowledge to them, but I just didn’t know. It would be 1 star if it weren’t for jasmine being so nice and making the experience better. If Crystal doesn’t like her job or dealing with people’s questions, maybe she should get a new one.

There was a sale on some things that I needed to purchase and with purchase, comes extra care bucks. It didn’t register and I brought this up to the manager. And he didnt understand why it didnt ring up. Overall, the manager(sorry, I forgot your name) and the customer service representative(Lee) were both very pleasant to deal with and got me the things I needed. I’ll be returning again soon because they’re awesome.

If I could give no stars I would! The customer service in the pharmacy here is horrible. The give time estimates them tell you to come back two hours later when you show up at the time they originally quoted you! The staff is rude and not empathetic towards their fellow human beings. Not to mention their new policy not allowing me to use a discount card because I don’t have insurance(even though I have been using it for months! My rx is normally $ 280 and the discount card brings it down to $ 130… I fill my rx every month… It’s very expensive even with the discount card. But still doable). Oh, and they won’t be accommodating and take a family member credit card information over the phone who is out of state. Even if the person goes to another cvs!

Extremely terce and impolite clerk at the pharmacy counter. We will not be returning to this location– a bit of positive customer service goes a long way!

This place is horribly slow. They promised 45 minutes and it was an hour and a half. Would not return or use again.

It is unbelievable how slow this pharmacy has become. New techs plus a ton of new patients equals REALLY long lines and wait times.

This is where I get all my prescriptions filled. They do get busy and I’ve had to wait in line for more than 10 minutes a few times. I try to go when I don’t think they’ll be too busy so usually after 8 pm. The pharmacy staff is always nice. They do have a drive-thru which I’ve never used and I’ve always wondered if going though the drive-thru would be faster than going inside and waiting in line. I honestly don’t buy any of my toiletry items from here as I think their prices are higher than Walmart.

This is the location located on the northwest corner of Silverado Ranch Blvd. and Maryland Pkwy. This place is pricey! I went here the other night just to pick up a few items so I wouldn’t have to deal with a Wal-Mart trip until my next off day. Wow! Shaving cream that is 1.09 at WalMart was 2.99 here! Thats just an example. Just about everything I looked at wasn’t just a little bit more, but quite a bit more. The clerks are friendly enough, but seem to move like molasses if there are more than 2 people in a line. Almost seems unnecessarily slow. Unless it’s a dire emergency and I just can’t help, I just won’t be back. Walgreens is a better option… or, if you have the time, just hit WalMart.

drive thru for scrips is not worth it. go inside and you will still wait forever.
