Dont ever get your photos printed here. What was suppose to take«minutes», as opted on the kodak machine, has now turned into an more than hour. The cashier doesn’t know her priorities cause instead of pulling out my photos and having me pay and go, she is prepping one that no one is here to pick up.

Dezerri was the sweetest and most sincere customer service clerk I have encountered in a long time. Had a bad experience at a Walgreens with their customer service and went to this CVS instead. Very thankful I did. Because of her, I won’t be going back to Walgreens any time soon. Thanks again!

Trippy CVS, but they had what I needed. We were in Vegas for 11 days and I needed a bunch of this and that, so off to CVS we went. I wanted to shop off-strip so as not to have to deal with parking and crowds. This CVS was easy to find and parking was plentiful. There were no lines to speak of and the check out person was friendly. My only complaint was that when I got back to the hotel, my energy snack bag was open. I thought my fiancé had a snack and when I asked him about it later he said«no». Yikes, I bought an open bag of food and ate it. I was fine, but pissed as it wasn’t cheap — about $ 9 and I obviously didn’t get all the product. DOS07032015

The actual product part of the store is not bad or not all bad at least. The pharmacy section is another story. Some of the«pharmacists» are down right rude and unprofessional. As a paying customer, there’s absolutely no reason for the non-courteous treatment. If they are unhappy with their current career their, they should probably get into another field.

CVS Pharmacy is one of my one-stop shopping. While waiting for my prescription I can go shopping for groceries and pick up some cat and dog food for my Animals and I can’t forget about my little fishy Etc. I would definitely recommend checking out this CVS Pharmacy its under new management and I can see the improvement. So I would definitely stop in and check out the new changes with the new friendly staff new management and the wonderful pharmacy staff.

OK… Without going into a very long and arjuous explanation of why this pharmacy should not be visited, I will outline some basic things. Doctor sent over a prescription. Had to be re-faxed to them several times. Once they received it, I called, spoke to pharmacist, and was advised«1 Hour». I arrived 2 hours later, waited in line for over 20 minutes without being acknowledged by the staff, then was told that they didn’t have anything for me. I then waited another 15 minutes, told by another pharmacist that it would be ready in 15 more minutes. BUT, they couldn’t read the full prescription, and didn’t bother to call the doctor or me not to waste several hours of my time coming in. After another 45 minutes, I walked out of there. Overall everyone, don’t waste your time. Whether CVS is a franchise of the pharmacy or they employ the pharmacists, these particular people have accepted failure, and a lack of care. Their canned response is a simple«Im sorry», and«we are understaffed». I for one don’t accept that. 2 days later I called about the remaining items on the prescription, still stories about calling the doctor and not hearing back. Funny i called the doctor and reached them right away. WOW.
