COIT Cleaning and Restoration of Las Vegas

What an awful experience I’ve had! The technician came to my property to clean, and left teal blue spots on the carpet in some areas. It appears to be soap that wasn’t rinsed out. Sadly, this was my first and only experience using COIT, so when I called for the initial cleaning, I asked Trish in the office if their products were natural and environmentally safe, she said they were. Ironically, their soap is a deep blue/​teal blue color (not found in nature as far as I know). After a few hours of drying of the initial cleaning, the bright teal blue spots were identified. I called the location and ever since I have been treated poorly and they have denied responsibility repeatedly and implied this was intentionally done on my part (the padding must have leaked color «up», this was here for years and just came through, this was not there when the technician left) They are going to attempt again (6^th visit to the property) to remove the spots (with a clothing iron, alcohol and a towel??) and have refused to make an insurance claim. I only hope this time when they come they have enough courtesy to cover their shoes.
