The guy who works there is a fucking rip off making his own prices depending on the clientele. I would suggest people go to another location. He is such a rude individual I would never want to ever give him business again.

The folks behind the counter aren’t terribly rude… but going along with what a few other reviewers have said, the one older guy is quite pushy about his prices. They’re not consistent and they’re HIGH. Not the high you’re thinking either ;) I already own a small Mya hookah… I purchased it in my hometown where hookah buying is all over and priced competitive. Before I had it shipped here, I had stopped by this store to inquire about their hookah prices. The same hookah that I own and paid no more than $ 30 for, he quoted me at $ 80. AREYOUKIDDING?! You can’t even find that particular hookah marked up that high on the most boutique hookah site. The shisha? Psh. Price is marked one way but when you go to the register it’s another. Doesn’t matter though, the price is pretty high either way so I strongly advise you to go across Durango to whatever shop that is near Firehouse — much better pricing. This place is all over, man. Counter dude seems to toss out prices depending on that day’s business needs or something… the reviews and his pricing tactics really makes me wonder how he stays in business. Must be the cigars because the hookah related items are priced ridiculously.

The guy there, I think it’s the owner, is very knowledgeable and friendly compared to other smoke shops in the neighborhood. Prices are reasonable and he does give some free stuff if you’re a regular there. I do all my hookah purchases here

The owner(pakistani guy) is just so rude and he always change his prices. Just so u know guys they don’t put tag prices on they’re vape and e-liquids so they can change it everytime they want. Zero star would be the accurate rate for this store.

When visiting my aunt and uncle in Vegas, I popped in here because it was close and was craving a good cigar. When I walked in, I was instantly greeted by the cashier. I told her that I wanted to go to the humidor, and she said to walk right in. As soon as you step foot into the humidor, the smell fills your nostrils as you look around to see what kind of smokes they have. They have the typical stock; Macanudo, Romeo and Juliet, Rocky Patel, Acid. I was just browsing around with the Mrs. when I believe the owner(a shorter, bald man of middle eastern descent) asked what I was looking for, to which I replied I thick ring gauge Churchill.(Basically, a long, thick cigar.) He showed me what they had, and while it was nice, it was not quite I was looking for. He then shows me a 15 year old Gurkha, priced at $ 16.99. While it was pricey, I figured what the hell… I’m in Vegas, why not? I smoked that Gurkha down to the nub, it was that tasty. And If I didn’t get such exceptional service I probably would of purchased something a little cheaper. The next day I knew I wanted a cigar to smoke while playing cards, so I went back. I think the owners relative helped me this time, as he remembered that I got the Gurkha the day before. I got something a little less pricey, but still very tasty.(I can’t remember the name, probably cause I was too hammered to care.)
