I had such a comfortable enjoyable shopping experience at the Crystals CL store! Antonia was so patient with me, she made me feel comfortable buying two pairs of beautiful shoes! (I tried on at least 14 pairs of shoes) Go here over the Forum location for better customer service and a friendly face!

My California store did not have the CL I wanted in my size but they referred me to this store so I called and Thalia was amazing, she walked me through the process of ordering from them and getting it shipped to Me in Cali. Followed all the steps n at the end of the day I had the tracking # to my order. so I’m very please with the customer service at this location

Was very happy with this new Christian Louboutin store, it’s at the shops at Crystals, we only stay at Aria now, so it’s a very convenient location for us to shop!
Louboutins on sale? It doesn’t get any better than that! Although it’s not like a lot of sale, just around $ 200 off or so, it’s still more than $ 700 for a pair of sky high heels, but a little bit bargain is better than nothing! The basic pumps like black and nude colors are never going on sale, only seasonal designs and colors have some price cut sometimes.
They carry men shoes, women nail colors and some handbags too, no lip colors. Selections are fairly big, sales people were very friendly. Another good thing was they have a lot more size 5s than department stores, which is perfect for me to choose more styles!
So hubby got another pair for me, and I am loving them!
Ps. The shoes stretch out eventually because of the super soft leather, don’t buy a size up even though they are a little tight when you try them on the first time!
