Your door was open and I got in line. You still had food on the line. But then u tell me you are closed. How about locking the door??! Won’t be back

This is for 4.5 stars. First off, is it me, or should there be a Chipotle in every major mall or shopping center in Las Vegas and Henderson?! It’s our favorite organic-based restaurant(a Panera just opened up recently near us and I wanna try that place soon), and hubby would love to eat here once a week, too. We’ve eaten here several times. We usually sit at the outside seating in the middle of the mall aisle(fishbowl effect; just seats and trash cans surrounded by a little fencing), but the last time, it was so deep into the lunch rush, that we were lucky enough to get a table inside(napkins, forks/spoons, Tabasco hot sauce(chipotle version is delish), drink fountain inside, right side, facing the front of the square-shaped restaurant). Long line, but worth the wait, and once you get the food, mmm, it’s all about the happy bellies. Inside it’s small(if it was just those tables and chairs, it would be a hole-in-the-wall), but that’s why there is seating in the mall, too. Once the line got really long, the staff was churning out the food(and they got it right, too) and managed the line to zero people after the lunch rush. Kudos to them to managing the mischief(they were still nice, too, while being busy, which I can appreciate). Then, they got to do some cleaning and refilling after the crowd died down(after the high-fives and smiles). It is nice to see some fun and genuine customer service(it’s a downer when you get service from people who just do not care, and they don’t like people, and it shows) — again, not the case here. My husband always gets a burrito(carnitas is his fave) while I get a bowl(regular white or brown rice– it depends, chicken, medium salsa, sometimes, I get the corn, black beans, some cheese, some sour cream, some lettuce) to share with our son who loves rice bowls(and rice, in particular). We used to have leftovers, but our son, when he loves something, finishes his food with much enthusiasm(«Mum! Mum!» he says, which mean ‘more food please’). My favorite meat here is the barbacoa, but I don’t get it often. It is rare to have a bad meal here. Honestly, the only thing that could make any Chipotle any better is if they offered seafood in their meat selections.(But, if you like Hawaiian food, check out Braddah’s, ’cause it’s like a Hawaiian Chipotle…)

The employees were very unprofessional and serve dried and over cooked food. And also the manager was very proud of their burnt food!!! Ecoli, bad service and bad empoyees are very important asset for this location. I understand why there is Ecoli issues now. Eat there if you want to get bad food And ecoli

Don’t charge $ 2 for guacamole and give a measly little dollop. Really pisses me off. Every time I come to this chipotle they give half the meat. No wonder chipotles are doing no good. I’m here because there was no line and in a hurry. No lines at chipotle anymore because their quality, including employees have gone down hill.

A conveniently located Chipotle inside of the Fashion Show Mall, this is my go to location for Chipotle once I get off work and for eating while shopping. The service is up to par with all of the other Chipotle locations that I have been to and the staff seems a little bit nicer even. The only downside to this location is that because it is located inside of a mall, the prices are a little bit more than a stand alone Chipotle. Overall a great place to get some food!

I don’t expect much from a fast food restaurant, but I expect uniformity. Compared to other Chipotles, this location gives half the meat… and if you ask for double they give you half of that… just not worth sinning here

Oh chipotle shall I count the ways I loathe you? Such meager servings of meat. Such a high price.

It was full and really loud so to order was a little bit difficult. We needed to wait a little bit and it was not so warm as normally but when you are on the strip this is a good place to eat vegan(sofritas).

Guacamole was not good, chips were stale(even after asking for another bag), overall the flavor of the food was not good.

Typical chipotle place. The dining area was across the way bc it was in a mall. It was a bit dirty.

How can you go wrong with Chipotle? With a full menu of amazing burritos, tacos, salads, and even a secret menu that includes quesadillas, I always leave chipotle as a happy customer. The line could be a mile long too, and they’re ready for it. I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes from entering the door to sliding my credit card at any Chipotle.

I was going to give it originally 4 stars, which is still exceptional in my book, but something happened that changed my opinion. I went to Chipotle’s website and I found out that you can build your own meal online and it creates a nutritional facts calculator real time! I weigh my food, count my calories and watch my macros so having the flexibility to build my meal in advance to meet those requirements was an absolutely amazing feature! This way you are 100% in charge of your nutrition and can eat as good, or as bad, as you wish. This, in my opinion, is a game changer! Great idea Chipotle! You just earned yourself a fan. Aside from that, the they have a «to the point» selection of items, but definitely enough to taste good and mix things up. Like the In N Out of Mexican food. To the point and delicious. This particular location, the lines moved quick, cashiers and food was consistent with Chipotle’s standards.

Love Chipotle, love that they’re an alternative to fast food, love that they have barbacoa and guac, and love the system to customize your meal. This location inside the Fashion Show Mall is fine, clean, not super big, we were lucky there wasn’t a line when we got there so we could order right away, staff was nice and helpful(my friend asked about gluten free options and they informed us that everything except the flour tortillas is gluten free in their menu — how great is that?!), got our food right away and had a seat inside — we didn’t notice the mall seats outside the restaurant until we left, would have liked to seat there instead of next to the queue that formed while we were eating — nothing chaotic of course, and we were conveniently seated next to the drinks station. I loved my barbacoa tacos with pico de gallo, salsa verde and cream, of course there are much better taco places in Vegas but they’re all in Dowtown or far from the Strip so Chipotle is a good compromise and nice break while shopping at Fashion Show.

I eat in Chipotle regularly but this location is a real joke. The quantity served here is way less than what I have been getting in other locations. Felt like I got half of what I normally get. They will put more veggies just so that your bowl will look full lol. People working here are rude too. Next time I will spend more money but never eat here. P.S: Had to give 1 start because it wont allow me to write the review.

Usual Chipotle served FAST at usual Chipotle prices in the middle of the strip. After stuffing your piehole with buffet food it’s not a bad idea to get a burrito bowl or salad here. They can get crowded of course but they move fast. There aren’t a ton of seats and they share their space with pizza and Chinese places so you might have to get it to go.

Who would have thought that my favorite Vegas Valley Chipotle location would be at the mall?! Yes there is a perpetual line, but it always moves fast and I firmly believe that the turn over is why the food always tastes fresh here. They always seem to be on top of replenishment because they’ve never ran out of anything while I was there. Their chips are the best! They spritz lime juice on the chips before they salt them which gives them a fantastic fresh flavor. I have noticed that not all locations do this and their corn chips a very bland without the lime zest. I like that they don’t charge extra for fajita veggies(sautéed onions and peppers) like other similar restaurants; that they now offer brown rice and wheat tortillas; and that they don’t charge you more for a salad or bowl. Burritos, bowls, and salads are all priced by your protein choice. The fun thing about this location is their seating in the middle of the mall walkway. The people watching opportunity is priceless. They also have in-restaurant tables, if you prefer, but it’s crowed and usually loud. The one bad thing about how busy this location is, is their drink/utensil station. It always wet for some reason and really congested with people trying to fill up.

This location was actually a lot cleaner than expected being that its located on the Las Vegas strip where there’s so much traffic. We walked, so it took a min to get to it, but the prices were the same as any other location unlike some of the other chain restaurants on the Las Vegas strip. Its locates downstairs to its sister company McDonalds, which is where the restrooms are located. I order a bowl with chicken, cheese, lettuce and beans. The food was really good. The service was great and the prices were reasonable.

**Service Only** Friday 5÷30÷2014 approx. 1:45PM… Wanted a quick bite so entered Chipotle and was barely greeted by the guy behind the counter — I think he made a sound like«neh» — so I proceeded to give him my order. Asked for a chicken burrito, but they were out of both beef and chicken — at lunchtime no less. Without a smile nor a friendly smirk and after heating up my tortilla, he filled my burrito with Barbacoa and veggies(remember no beef nor chicken), and passed it on to a girl that seemed equally as miserable to be working there. She added the additional accouterments, wrapped my burro, and handed it to the cashier. Now the cashier was friendly however not above and beyond as I have experienced in other Chipotles. She was very accommodating when I asked for a paper bowl for my burrito. Never have I been in a restaurant location where the ENTIRETEAM was miserable.

Good location for those who work in the mall. Prices are almost the same as any other location off the strip which is great. But as it is on the strip and in a mall, depending on the time, may be a line(as with every other chipotle location) Came here to buy lunch for a friend who was working. Ordered a burrito bowl to go. First person didn’t put much rice, even after asking for extra rice. Almost seemed like a normal amount at any other location. The steak was cooked perfectly(on sight, dunoe taste since i wasnt the one eating it) medium rare. Added mild salsa with hot salsa on the side. sour cream and corn. Asked for cheese as well. This was the first place to «evenly» put cheese over the entire bowl(which meant more cheese than the one who was eating it was used to. Overall, good experience. Random note — saw someone making a burrito that was ahead of us. They stuffed it SOO much, that the first tortilla broke. Used a second tortilla to fix. Oh my god that burrito was at least a pound or two. D:
