Definitely a quality Chase branch. The lines for tellers generally aren’t too long. I think all employees are bi-​lingual, even though I’m not.
The parking lot can be a problem. I almost get hit by someone texting and driving just about every time I pull into the lot. And for some reason, it’s more frequent here than anywhere else in Vegas.
Unfortunately, I had to close out my account because there is no Chase in Boston, which is where I really need it. Plus, Chase corporate had a habit of charging me fees which weren’t applicable, and I had to call to reverse the charges multiple times. Just a pain.
