My husband and I took our 2016 Jeep Patriot to the collision center on 2÷4÷16 for a minor repair. We were assigned Ron as our estimator and he was very professional, knowledgeable, down to earth and understanding. I am very anxious about having our truck back, so I called and spoke with Ron. He assured me that they will take care of us, so I am okay. Also, the front desk managers Cynthia/​Luisa were very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. You have some awesome people here. Keep up the great work!!!

I sent an Internet request for a price on a truck I wanted from their website. I emailed Paul LeDoux to negotiate a deal and we could not come to terms. He told me the truck was sold and asked me if I wanted to buy a different truck. I said no thank you that is the only truck I was interested in. He emailed me several times after that asking when I wanted to come test drive the truck that had already been sold. I told him he said it was sold and he said sorry about that would you like another truck to which I again said no. He emailed me several more times and I finally sent him a response saying I felt he was not listening to me and wasting my time. I just got another email from him today after repeatedly telling he was wasting my time. This has been going on for a month and he just won’t stop emailing me. I am sorry I ever gave Chapman Dodge my email address. I would never give these people your information. Buy from someone else that has respect for people and their time.

Ok so here we go. I purchased a car a chapman. At the time the service was great got us approved and what not. Now all of a sudden I am being told that I owe them money for a rental car I had for work that had to be done because of something they did. I am trying to fight this amount because I don’t believe I should be responsible for this rental car. Now Michael the Manager of the service is threatening to send me to legal. It’s ridiculous. If I could give the car back trust me I would and go somewhere else. Ridiculous.
