The Canyon Ranch Café is a lifesaver when you’re craving real, healthy food in Vegas. After eating salads that were mostly cheese and drinking smoothies that were mostly alcohol, some fresh simple dishes were a welcome change. We ordered a protein bowl with eggs, roasted vegetables, chicken apple sausage, and salsa. Nothing fancy, but the ingredients were fresh and cooked well. The quantity was decent as well. Overall, it’s not necessarily the sort of place you’d make a destination of, especially since it’s not cheap for what it is. But, on a Sunday morning after a weekend of excess, this might be just what you need.

After a weekend full of nonstop booze, sugary desserts, fried foods and steaks, this was just what I craved and needed! Was looking for a smoothie but one made with fresh and truly healthy ingredients rather than the sugary artificial ones more commonly found in Vegas, which led me here. This place is located on the fourth flour by the spa. You have to walk down a long hallway to get to the café(at the entrance of the spa). The café is medium-sized and very casual and has various options, all super clean and healthy! Menu items include egg dishes, sandwiches, grain bowls, smoothies and more. We both ordered the protein bowl which consists of two organic scrambled eggs, chicken sausage and roasted veggies(mostly eggplant and tomatoes) with a side of salsa. Very clean tasting and delicious and not salty at all. Also had a green smoothie(spinach, kale, lemon, apple, almond milk, wheat germ and a few other ingredients…) which was so fresh and just what my body was craving. You can also create your own smoothie. Service was very sweet and attentive. Price-wise, like any other place in Vegas, it’s over priced with the two egg dishes and one smoothie costing $ 50(after tax and tip). At least the ingredients are high quality.

My friend suggested this restaurant for breakfast, and honestly, I wasn’t sure. I decided to give it a try. Well, I’m glad I did. It really was delicious. I had the English Muffin Breakfast Sandwich with chicken sausage. The roasted tomatoes really made the sandwich unique, and I truly loved the sausage. This was one of those meals that I’m still thinking about. The café itself is pretty simple… nothing much to describe, but the food and service were great. This is a great spot for a healthy, tasty breakfast.

Love this HEALTHY breakfast/lunch spot at the entrance of the Canyon Ranch Spa/Workout facility. I always get their protein smoothie post workout(love the Power Up Smoothie and the Build Your Own Smoothie when I need a custom creation), and sometimes one of their freshly squeezed juices(I recommend the Inflamation Fighter). Good for you, and delicious. I have only tried the Chorizo Breakfast Wrap once, but it was really flavorful and hit the spot — made with organic egg, beef chorizo, cheddar cheese and house-made salsa for $ 14 served with some fresh fruit on the side. Everyone I have ever encountered has been very friendly, patient and helpful. The one downside is that they close at 2:00pm, so if you have a lunch workout, you might not make it before they close. Don’t miss this HEALTHY option in Vegas, Baby!

Not to be confusing… this is the spot behind the spa. It’s a serious walk to get there. Through a looooong hallway. But at the end of that hall is a little bit of healthy heaven in Vegas. I’m pregnant and was in need of something that would not make my sugars spike or harm my little one. I had been to this spot before and took the long trip to walk there. The one thing that really makes me happy here, is that the staff is so willing to just make you happy. Are the prices high? Yes. Are the portions small? Well to some yes but they are HEALTHY portions and you really shouldn’t eat more than what they give you. But the service… they just will custom make anything you need. And they listen… to any health need or issue. I feel like I’m taken care of here. I had questions on how some of the smoothies and juices are made and they explained everything as if I was standing in the kitchen with them lol. I had a perfectly healthy breakfast and I can’t thank them enough for existing. No where else in Vegas would you get this type of healthy food and specialized service. Heck they even wrapped my «to go» items specially so they would last a few hours. Well worth the trip!

Fantastic café located in Venetian’s spa. I went here thanks to the Unilocal app because I was looking for a place to get a smoothie and I was staying in this area of the Strip. Canyon Ranch is great because you can create your own smoothie, and they use REAL fruit. This is not juices or sorbets or what have you. The 20 ounce is $ 9, which is definitely higher than your local Jamba Juice, but considering the location(one of the nicest hotels on the Strip) plus the fact that they use real fruit(when no one else near there does) I think the price is totally fine. I have pretty specific instructions regarding my smoothies, I like to have them how I make them at home. Canyon Ranch did a great job. All three days I had a guy named Michael make my smoothie, and it was fantastic and consistent. Can’t recommend this place enough if you are in need of a smoothie. The breakfast burrito was the only food item I tried, and it’s the reason I am giving Canyon Ranch 4 stars instead of 5. It has a lot of ingredients, which may be why it didn’t resonate with me. Too much going on perhaps. There was something in there that I couldn’t put my finger on for which I didn’t care. I didn’t even eat half of it. So, I would not get this again, but I know where to get my daily smoothie next time I am in Vegas.

Food was bland, tasteless, and extremely small. The fruit given to is had more taste.

Manicures and pedicures are horrible. The water is cold for pedis and they don’t even have massage chairs… I get massage chairs with a 25 how do I not get one at a place that charges 50 plus for a pedi. I’ve had a better 13 dollar manicure in New York, the hand lotion they use does nothing for your skin and your hands come out looking dry. All they do so dunk your hands in this terrible cuticle remover liquid and then push them back which makes your hands dryer than they already are. To top it all off they also use weird polish that goes on streaky and not uneven. I give them one star because the staff is really nice and pleasant, I wish they just had better services. Avoid this salon for manis and pedis at all cost unless you like wasting money.

3.5−4 stars. I’ve been here twice in the last 10 years and I’ve enjoyed both times. The facilities are huge and service is good. I get massages frequently and the services here are above average.

this review is strictly for the café: bleh. ordered a smoothie and the bagel & lox. the bagel and lox was fine. came with a crappy fruit salad & some unfortunate looking veggies. service was whatever(not particularly friendly, but fast). the smoothie was awful though. got it with peaches, bananas, and apple juice. it just tasted like really cold apple juice, honestly. 2 stars because it was sort of what i wanted, i guess. a quick & light breakfast at the hotel i was at. wish i would have eaten at the canyon ranch grill instead. looks like they have more options & is easier to get to.

Don’t waste your time or money on this place. Message was good. I was there with my cousins and was paying for everything and they completely forgot about me in the resting area. They had already finished they’re pedicures and quite frankly could care less. I am in Vegas quite often and I would NEVER go back.

I love fatty foods… I always eat the skin off EVERYTHING… bacon… tripe… tendon… you get the picture. So surprisingly I absolutely love Canyon Ranch Café. You don’t even realize you’re eating healthy. The food is delicious, beautifully presented, and HEALTHY. I even bought the cookbook… which deserves 5 stars of it own. Simple, easy, healthy, and very tasty. My favorite is the lamb chop recipe with a pomegranate molasses.

Amazing natural oasis in the city of sin food. Went for breakfast Sunday morning at 9, only a few people there. No smoke smell. Ordered eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Great for gluten free, had items marked on menu. Even had almond milk for a latte! And internet for my tablet. Was same price as my hotel’s buffet and way higher quality.

This place’s appeal is waning a bit for me. I do still love that it’s on the way to the gym, many of the products are organic or fair trade, and the service is friendly(albeit sometimes a bit slow). However, some of the food seems to lack flavor, which is a bummer. I will continue to grab a small bite before heading to the gym, but if it’s a non-rushed or more substantial breakfast I’m looking for, I will head elsewhere.

I really wanted to give this place 4 stars but the service on day 1 and day 2 was so bad that I just would not do Unilocalers justice. Food is very good if you are like me and cannot eat greasy, fatty foods. definitely high quality, healthy options. Plus you can hit this place on your way out from the gym after your morning workout. The bar staff on our last day was great– wish we tried that instead of actually sitting down as would have had much better experience. And you can run into Tim Allen there as well.

The Service? Stellar. The food? Equally as good. This was a delightful surprise during a recent trip to Vegas. Why eat at a spa when you can eat at all the finest restaurants? Well that’s just the reason. After days of indulgence, my body was saying«No more» so I thought I would sidle up to the smoothie bar here and see what else they might have for a hungry girl tired of all the pomp and circumstance that Vegas restaurants deliver on. Hmmm. .. .I thought as I pondered the menu. Gluten free black bean chili with pico de gallo? Sounds perfect. And at only 155 calories it was the perfect detox lunch. Pair it with one of their smoothies and it’s a great meal. On another day I had their burger, sans the bun, with extra tomatoes that they gladly supplied. A perfect lunch. The other good thing is if you like the food– most of the recipes can be found on their website so that you can replicate them at home. Even if you don’t go to the spa– this is located right out side of the gym and on the way to the pool so it is convenient for all. If you need a break from all the indulgences that Vegas has to offer– look no further than the Canyon Ranch Café.

Oasis of calm in the Palazzo This is a nice little café next to the gym in the Palazzo. Great place for healthy breakfast or lunch. Ended up having breakfast here every day after working out on my last trip to Vegas. It is expensive — but hey, it’s Vegas!

What I like about it… — Convenient: right next to the gym so we can get breakfast before we workout. — The bar area: which seems to expedite the process even more. — Organic: still hard to find for some reason, but not at Canyon Ranch. This is not your typical Vegas over the top restaurant. You will get smaller, but high quality portions and is a great start to a day after a long night.

If you’re looking for a healthy and ostensibly organic breakfast/lunch or snack… look no further than Canyon Ranch Café. They serve up delicious steel cut oatmeal, toast, eggs, sandwiches, smoothies, coffees, etc with an emphasis on healthy. We ordered the steel cut oatmeal, which was delicious, but like everyone else says… it is super duper expensive. $ 6 for oatmeal. I guess what you’re really paying for is convenience(Venetian spa is right across from it, pool is just outside, and the gym is downstairs). It befits the über ritzy who have money to spend. I could only afford the oatmeal … and that was only cuz I was super desperate and needed food pronto after my workout. O__________o That’s the last time you’re taking money from me, Vegas! *shakes fist* … it’s all the way downstairs … at the entrance of the pool of the Venetian. Very secluded and hidden.
