My stylist was great. It was a good overall experience. I went in for a cut and color, and I will be going back.

I ordered hair extensions a month ago and have yet to receive it. I have called every Wednesday when they receive their shipment and they keep telling me that it will be here «for sure» next Wednesday. It’s the 5^th Wednesday and still NOTHING! I last spoke to Alex and I asked her if she can have the manager Megan give me a call and she said she would try. Worse customer service, broken promises! Do not trust this place!

I’ve been going to Victoria for my haircuts and brow waxings for a few years. She does a wonderful job and is friendly! Highly recommend.

Had my hair cut and color with Victoria a couple times and I am very please with the results, plus she is a very fun and uplifting lady, she not only gives you a nice hair but also uplift your spirit. Definitely going back and definitely recommend her!

Today I had the pleasure of having Victoria highlight my hair. She took me from a golden blonde to a more platinum blonde with lowlight. I absolutely love the color. She did exactly what I told her I wanted.
So being a blonde forever there is a certain amount of damage and breakage that happens. Victoria recommended this conditioning treatment called Olaplex that has changed my life forever as a blonde. My hair has never felt so good. She was able to comb through my hair immediately following the treatment as if my hair had never had bleach on it. It’s a miracle and she is a miracle worker/​angel! I highly recommend her to anyone.

Carol did a great job on my sew in extensions coloring and placement I love them and she was very nice.

If you ever need you eyebrows done, Sara is definitely who you should go to. Ive been getting my eyebrows threaded by her for 4+ years. She always perfects her work & makes sure your satisfied!

My esthetician Bri is spot on. She can do anything your skin desires but lashes are what you need in your life and let me tell you, SHE is the one to see. I love how she takes the time to customize the lashes using different lengths and curls based on what I want at the time. She’s so thorough and it shows for itself because my lashes stay on and I don’t need to rush in for my fills. If it’s something you have been thinking about, give it a try, You’re in good hands with Bri. Her prices are great, she’s talented and she’s so outgoing and bubbly. Book an appointment!

Canyon Falls salon is great! I see Bri for my eyelash extensions and she does an amazing job! She has a flexible schedule that has accommodated all of my requested appointments. Not to mention, the patience for my 2 year old daughter during our hour and a half appt! I also just found out that the salon offers $ 5 child haircuts !

So this lady… Bri… she’s PERFECT. The only person I will ever go to to get my lashes done, and I leave looking like a goddess every time. She’s cute, she’s funny, and she does a great job. Looooove her. :)

I’ve been getting my eyelashes done by Bri for a while now, she’s amazing I get so many compliments on how good they look.

My first impression of this place was great. But after having to contact them about an issue I had with my hairdresser I discovered they have extremely poor customer service. Stephanie, the manager at the St. Rose location was who I dealt with. My voicemails were continuously ignored. And when I did manage to get ahold of her she was extremely condescending and rude.
Jessica Dunham was my hair dresser. She was supposed to do an ombré and blend my extensions. She failed miserably at both. My extensions were ruined and my hair was horrible looking. I went back for a second try and it only got worse. I tried contacting Jessica for a refund only to be blatantly ignored. I then contacted the salon for a refund and that’s when they were rude, difficult to track down, and ultimately told me there was nothing they would do.
I would not recommend Jessica to anyone. Not only is she not able to do what she says but she does not even attempt to work with you if you are unhappy. And this salon has the worst customer service. I work at nordstrom and know what customer service is. I was literally blown away by their lack of it.

I bought a groupon for an hour facial and an hour message here. From recommendations of Unilocal reviews I asked for a couple of specific people and most were actually no longer there. The process was easy making a reservation, checking in and checking out. Not once did they try to sell me products! I love that!
I had Diena for my facial and she did an amazing job! It was so relaxing after my message! She had a firm gentle touch and was super friendly.
I actually forget the girls name that did my message (:() but she did a great job! Her pressure was good and she was also super friendly.
I highly recommend this place! It exceeds it’s horrible competition down the street!

I visited Canyon Falls again a couple of days ago and this time, there was absolutely no wait. Sure, the salon wasn’t as busy as the last time I came, but both my massage gal and the nail tech were prompt in greeting and leading me to their respective areas. I have a hunch that the staff read my initial review… however, I’m not going to complain about punctuality!
My massage was lovely and I especially enjoyed the muscle relaxant that Janet used. Leanne did my pedicure and she was wonderful as well. In fact, my pretty feet held up after a VERY long day of hiking the next day (10 hours with plenty of steep ascent and descent).
Thank you to the staff for listening to your customers’ feedback and doing something about it. :)
