I was in Vegas last weekend with my cousins. We had a nine o clock show to see Anthony cools. We wanted to grab a quick bite so I brought up this place knowing since I Was a diamond member and would possibly get a table right away or quickly. There was about 7 of us. When I arrived the lady informed even with my TR status I would be waiting at least 30 minutes. I walked over to the dining area and saw plenty of open areas. I wasn’t in the mood to argue so we opted for the food court at the Ballys. Hostess was just plain rude

Our waiter here was super nice. The hostesses were as well. There was football and I loved being in Paris Las Vegas. We ordered 2 appetizers; buffalo chicken dip & wings. When they arrived, the wings were sitting in oil & the duo had a thick layer of oil on the top. Mixing the dip did nothing for it & we each barely had 1 wing before we decided that eating any more would make us sick. I ended up taking the bread and pretzels from the buffalo chicken dip & using the Dijon mustard on the table to dip it in. Certainly would not recommend those 2 dips

I always pass by here when walking from Bally’s to Paris, so I finally decided to try it out. Came here during lunch, got seated right away as there wasn’t many people. My boyfriend ordered the burger with blue cheese, and I ordered the burger with grilled onions. I don’t remember the name of the burgers as I didn’t take a picture of the menu. Both burgers were recommended by our waitress. She offered superb service, so no complaints on that. We also ordered the onion rings. They are huge and stacked on top of each other in a tower form. I think in total there were 5 onion rings, dusted with cheese powder. The onion rings were hot, but didn’t have any onion flavour. Perhaps there was too much batter. The burgers looked good and had good presentation, but it didn’t taste good at all. Not juicy and dry. The blue cheese burger was very pungent, so I guess if you love blue cheese, you might like this burger, but it covers all the other taste. Was really disappointed. On the plus side because I’m a diamond member, right before we were leaving and paying, the manager came and gave us two sample sizes of vanilla milkshake for being a diamond member. That was really good and creamy. Come for the shakes, and nothing else.

I was pleasantly surprised with our dinner experience here. I was expecting just an average burger and fries but they definitely exceeded my expectations. I ordered the French onion burger and a side of waffle fries(sadly the two don’t come together and they aren’t cheap but they did have waffle fries which was awesome). The burger itself was very well-prepared. Medium was juicy and pink all the way through, and the Gruyère and onions worked nicely on top. I didn’t care for the bun options but went with wheat which was fine. A really nice combination. The waffle fries were fresh, crispy, and lightly seasoned. A single was enough for two people to share but any more than that and I would go with the double.

The meat was perfect… probably the best I have ever eaten. The bun was tasteless but still did not ruin the whole experience. Comments on my end, their house sauce was nothing to remember and their burgers don’t come with fries… who should I tell it to and he wont believe me:)

It is very easy to mail in service at Burger joint especially when it is not particularly busy. However, our server Amanda was highly attentive and genuinely engaged. We got every question answered and had treated us like VIPS. The food was actually really good, I had the BBQ Chicken Burger and it was very moist with a robust flavor. My father and I shared the Cheetos coated Onion Rings which came recommended by Amanda. They were ofcourse amazing and after the horrible experience we had at Laggasse Stadium the night before I will definitely be recommending this spot for the next sports outting !

**Reviewed by Local Resident since 2006** I say this because this was an experience like none other. I loved the food here it was absolutely unbelievable. I had the burger upgraded to Kobe beef($ 5 extra) and it was spectacular! I don’t know how to describe the taste of Kobe beef in my mouth but it was something very unique to my taste buds as I have never tasted Kobe beef before. YUM! So, we shared the Kobe beef burger with Tilamook cheddar, caramelized onions and mushrooms and also waffle fries on the side. We also had an appetizer, the chili Thai wings that were really tasty, not spicy at all… more sweet. If there was anything that I didn’t like about the place was that it was super noisy and the tables were a little too close to each other, where you could hear other peoples conversations… Overall it was a very good experience, the food was great the service was too.

We found ourselves wondering this end of the strip for some hole in the wall bar and were drawn in here by our thirst, hunger and lack of direction. They also had a happy hour sign out front creating the illusion of a good drink at a reasonable price. Table service was decent, bar service not so much. Drinks were really weak, even when ordering a double and rather slow for a place that was more than half empty. I guess the beer specials were decent and maybe that’s what they count on when trying to draw in a specific clientele into this sports bar. If you like the standard ‘Coors Light’ then I think this is your place. None of us did so I can’t speak of the value on the buckets of beer. We had a few drinks, some waffle fries which were the highlight of our visit and hit the road.

Burger Brasserie is just one of the restaurants at Paris. It sold me with their claim of gourmet burgers and the pictures! They did not disappoint! They had a variety of burgers to choose from or you could create your own. Which I did. I had a kobe beef burger(a $ 5 upcharge) with brie, gruyère, mozzarella, grilled onions, mushrooms, and a garlic aoli on an artisian bun with Cheetos dusted fries. C’est Magnifique! The burger was medium and juicy and the cheese was melty and spectacular. I was a little underwhelmed by the fries, I expected more from the Cheetos dust. But it was a great experience and next time I hope to try another restaurant at Paris.

Service was slow, food was tasteless, and it was very expensive for what you got. Would not go back. If you see this place, keep walking, it’s not worth it.

Really like this place. TVs everywhere and food taste good. Burger cooked to perfection and their salmon is really tasty. Located between Paris and Bally’s, easy access to the strip. Will come back here whenever we visit Las Vegas.

Food was OK but service was horrible. We went there with a group of five after a day working a trade show. We were tired, hungry and did not want to be there all night since we had an early flight the next morning. It took forever to order our food, and then when we finally did, many of the items came out wrong. Was very difficult to get drink refills, knives and forks or napkins. They have a very good menu and lots of potential but they need a strong general manager who can hire better people and hold them accountable.

Good place, fun. I love burgers, and everyone now is opening up a gourmet burger place. What I like about the burgers here is the twist they put on them. I had the French onion(soup) burger. No, it wasn’t soup. It was a burger with the same stuff you would find in French onion soup: sautéed onions and Gruyère cheese. It was delicious. Not sure if the French specialize in onion rings, but they were so good there. I would recommend trying it if you are staying either in Paris or Bally’s on the strip. Otherwise you will find another gourmet burger place in the next casino down.

We came here last Friday to grab lunch in between meetings we had. This place is pretty good. They have a decent size menu and plenty of options if you aren’t in the mood for a burger. We started with«hangover cure» bloody Mary’s. They were good, but definitely not the best bloody Mary I’ve ever had. We share an appetizer sampler which had chicken wings, mac & cheese balls, and a few other things i can’t remember. The chicken wings were great! However I was not expecting the mac & cheese balls to have meat in them. That was a little weird for me. I ordered the burger with Valveeta on it. and oh my goodness it was tasty! Perfectly cooked Medium well and with an onion bun it was a very simple yet delicious burger. My friends ordered a french dip and salad to share, and they liked the salad but definitely were not fans of their french dip. I was extremely greasy and the cheese sauce on it was pretty gross. After tasting it I agreed with them. Our service here was average at best. All the servers were women in corsets and booty shorts so I don’t think they hire them based on their resumes. While we were dining, a woman at the table next to us started choking on her food. Luckily a man at the next table jumped up and sprang into action to give her the Heimlich and help her get the food out of her throat and breathe again. I know most servers aren’t required to take any kind of CPR course so I wasn’t shocked any of them weren’t able to help. Luckily the woman was completely okay once she was able to cough up her food, but I was rather bothered by the fact that management was no where to be seen, and once he did come out he was on his cell phone calling an EMT(as I found out later) The restaurant did guy the man a round of drinks for helping the choking woman so that was awesome. But watching this all first hand the manager seemed pretty useless.

This was seriously one of the best burgers my friends and I have had… at least our first trip =((( About a year later we came back because we knew the food was bomb. The menu this time around looked a lot different. not just what was on it but how it was«styled». I’m assuming that pretty much mean’t that they were probably under new management or something. The burgers second time around weren’t cooked very well(dry) and pretty bland. My friend and I both got a lamb burger while the rest got beef but seemed as though we all were pretty much on the same page about the quality(or lack of) especially compared to the first time. Ugh they were sooooo good before, WHY?! Hopefully we went on an off night but who knows. The service was actually really friendly, so no problem there for us. The food was just disappointing. Will check out BurGR next time instead… Also! They had a groupon when we went the second time, if you decide to check this place out look on groupon so you can get a discount.

This place was my Plan B because I originally wanted to try out Gordon Ramsay’s Steak Restaurant before the Jersey Boys show; BUT it was fully booked for the rest of the night. I was on a solo business trip, so everything was planned spontaneously. Burger Brasserie satisfied my craving for beef avec Le Paris Burger: Juicy, medium cooked burger with bacon, brie cheese, and I believe it had some garlic aioli. Also got a side of delicious sweet potato fries, but the burger itself was already enough food for me! The menu had some other delicious sounding varieties as well. I wouldn’t mind coming back here whenever I’m in town.

Wanted to check out this burger place inside Paris. The place itself is pretty cool. TVs everywhere and a nice, upscale sports bar type spot. We went for dinner and it was pretty busy but we were seated within 15 min, not long at all. They were short staffed that night but the servers and manager were up front about it and let us know, more so we didn’t feel forgotten or ignored. Nice move! Though they were short our service was still very timely and adequate. Brittney & Alex were great! Some must trys: Macaroni & cheeseburger bites Oreo Shake(really delicious) Turkery burger with egg Chicken wings Gravy fries(amazing) Definitely a cool, must try spot
