This was my first time at this restaurant and I was very impressed. I went with two friends on a weekday in the evening and there was no wait. The inside of the restaurant was nicely decorated and very clean. The service was also very friendly and attentive. The food was great. We ordered a bruschetta sampler appetizer which had a few different types of bruschetta on it. I wasn’t the biggest fan of them, but that was a personal taste thing, my two friends loved it(sometimes traditional things just can’t be out done). I had a glass of sangria which was decent, but tasted syrupy too me. These reasons are why I took off a star. My entrée was delicious. The sauce was very light which is my preference(heavy creamy sauces make me feel like a blimp after my meal, some people are into that, but not me). I’d come back and order it again definitely. Also, they have a promotion right now if you sign up for their points club thing you get a discount on your meal that night(I think it was 20%), which was a nice surprise. Pretty much 100x better than olive garden, and for about the same price.

I wanted take out pasta for tonight, I had the choice to go either at Pizza California Kitchen either at Brio. Unlike California Pizza Kitchen, as soon I walked in I was greated with a smile from 2 polite and friendly hosts who didn’t hesitate to go over the menu with me.

While I do frequent Brio, it truly is hit or miss. Typically the service is always great but this past week it wasn’t even busy and the service was awful to say the least. Brio is the perfect spot for a date, celebration, or just a good meal. They have reasonable prices and the food is always good. I typically always get the sliced steak salad. It’s delicious. I have gotten the lobster bisque a few times and it’s overly salty and doesn’t have almost any lobster meat in it. My friends have gotten several different dishes and always enjoy them. This past time we had the beef carpaccio which is presented very nicely but it’s definitely not the best I’ve ever had. A huge plus to me is Brio’s loyalty program. Almost every time I dine here I have a $ 10 off on my card which is great! If you don’t bring your card they can easily look it up with your phone number as well! How convenient! While i’ll definitely be back I think they have a few things to improve their overall customer experience.

Yum! The bread, the appetizers, the salads, yes! Our server was very funny and when we told him we were eating just apps and salads because we had too much popcorn, he kept joking around and teasing us. He was friendly but not too friendly. He helped us but not too much. I got the salmon salad and it was delicious! I got the dressing on the side and it was even good the next day!

When I am in Vegas I always make it a point to stop at Brio once or twice for either lunch or dinner! The Tuscan style décor is awesome! Like you are in an old Tuscan vastly, with super high ceilings. If you like a frozen drink, the peach Bellini is the best frozen concoction I’ve ever had hands down! They have a salad on their lunch menu that is bomb! The Romano crusted chicken salad. Basically, mixture of fresh greens, kale, romain, cucumber, quinoa, feta and a few other ingredients. Along with two crusted chicken breasts. It is amazing. Service is always fast and upbeat! 5 stars

We ate here the other day. Nice looking restaurant with outstanding interior design. Food: Carbonara– I was so hungry so this dish hit the spot. I love carbonara spaghetti so I may be biased. So good and love how they put a large amount of food. Service: The staff were nice. The service was fast and we made it on time for work during lunch time.

I absolutely love brio. The reason being behind this is because everytime I come to eat here, the quality they bring out to me is great. We usually come here for an occasion, or for lunch happy hour because their pricing is a little expensive. I always end up getting some sort of pasta, with a nice sauce. I love their ravioli pasta and chicken limon! Customer service wise, I’ve gotten the good, the bad and the in between. Although, our last experience here was actually not so bad. I believe our server might’ve been new, so she didn’t seem like she knew everything on the menu when we asked her about some entrees. It was my friends birthday, so we asked her to bring a surprise cake out for him, or something cute to surprise him. After a few minutes, she comes to our table and asks us who’s birthday it is and what kind of cake he would want. He had no idea, and sort of laughed. But instead of just bringing one out to surprise him, she kind of ruined the surprise. But I guess things happen, but it would have been nicer to surprise him. Next time, I’ll be sure to make myself clear. LOL

Located in the heart of the Town Square shopping center, Brio boasts some delicious Italian food without the Strip pricing. I didn’t even know Town Square existed until a local from Las Vegas took me here. If you are looking for a restaurant experience devoid of tourists, Brio definitely focuses their attention on the locals. It was nice to enjoy a nice glass of wine while paired with my Frutti di Mare, an assortment of seafood with thin spaghetti. It was well seasoned and tasty. Not only was the food good, the impeccable service made the experience quite memorable. Brio would be a good choice especially if you happen to be shopping at Town Square.

Roasted Garlic, Spinach & Artichoke Dip Parmesan flatbread, great for sharing 11.50 Lobster Bisque Sauteed shrimp garnish 6.95 Braised Beef Pappardelle Rosemary pappardelle, crimini mushrooms, roasted carrots, red onions, tomato porcini sauce 17.95 My wife and I came here after a rainy night shopping at the south outlets. First off, this place looks like a more elegant«big sister» of Bravo Cucina Italiana(see previous review) with the brightly lit ambience. The menus are quite similar also Portions are quite generous as my wife and I shared everything. The dip was pretty good and the bread that came with it were pretty big. The bisque was ok as it had more of a butter flavor than lobster flavor. The lobster bisque at Top of the World in the Stratosphere tasted way better. The pasta was pretty good as it pretty much tasted like a pot roast with long, thick egg noodles. Our waitress/chefs were nice enough to give us 2 divided plates of the dish. Overall, we had a good experience here and we’ll try it again if we are in Towns Square… Oh yeah, we had a lot of leftovers and they still tasted good.

I’ve been here a couple of times, but most recently I ate here for a work dinner. Each time I eat here I am reminded that I shouldn’t judge chains so harshly. This one is doing it right with food and service. Our service was very good, especially for a large group. Our drink orders were taken immediately and brought out quickly. They also did a good job of keeping up with fresh drinks for the heavy drinkers. Our starters came out quickly and meals followed shortly after. Every need was addressed right away by our waitress. I started with Lobster Bisque and the Chopped Salad. The Lobster Bisque is well flavored and the serving is perfect for a rich bisque. The Chopped Salad has a nice variety of vegetables and black olives with a tangy vinaigrette. I liked that it’s chopped for easy eating. For my main entrée I ordered the Pasta Fra Diavolo with Shrimp. There was plenty of large shrimp in the dish and the sauce packed the heat I was looking for in the dish. The portion was plenty. Paired with starters I was only able to eat half and enjoyed the other half for lunch the next day. All of the dishes ordered at the table looked delicious. The next day everyone discussed how happy they were with their entrees and that we were pleasantly surprised by our Brio experience.

Brio is located in the Town Square shopping center. I absolutely love it’s ambiance, especially at night! Husband and I came in after doing a charity event. We were seated at the corner of their patio – perfect! It was like a mini impromptu date. It’s like gold to be able to escape from 4 kids! Love them gremlins beyond the furthest sun but good gosh do they suck the bone marrow out of you. My husband ordered the Pesto pasta as I opted for the sliced steak bruschetta. Both were absolutely deelish! I love how my steak melted with the bruschetta! Portioning ratio was definitely adequate for us. They are a tad pricey, in my opinion, but alot of fancier Italians places just are. The best part of Brio is that it is a place that is both classy and casual. We ordered a couple drinks which I don’t even remember their names. Lol. I will say this… bartender was NOT greedy about the alcohol content whatsoever! Husband and I were looking at each other like, how the hell are we buzzing already? Lightweights. Lol. I’m giving this place 5 stars because while the two items we tried were pretty good but that caramel marscapone cheesecake! Wholly deelish! Please do not fail to order this when you stop in or fail to make room for it. Don’t even share it! Hahaha. It’s THAT deelish!!!

This place was really just ok. Its overpriced Italian food but with a beautiful ambiance. Went here and made a reservation. Thank goodness we did because the wait would have been over an hour! And even with a reservation they sat us 15 mins later… We got water and menus promptly and decided to order the pasta tuscano, the vodka pasta, the shrimp and eggplant appetizer and the beef Carpaccio. Food came out relatively quickly and we got everything at once. The beef Carpaccio was plated beautifully. It was in this gigantic plate that took up the whole table space. Beef was sliced super thin and stuck to the plate. You can’t even pick up a piece of it without tearing. I don’t know if that’s good or bad. But it was delicious and fresh. The eggplant and shrimp was probably my favorite dish. A little salty but the eggplant was perfectly fried and crispy. It was not mushy at all even though it was smothered in sauce. As for the pastas, the noodles were cooked well. It wasn’t aldente and I actually liked that it was softer. The tuscano pasta is Bolognese made with sausage instead of beef. I was disappointed because it tasted overly cheesy and the sausage is overwhelming. I think I like the original version with beef better. The vodka pasta was very good. It was ricotta stuffed pasta in a creamy tomato sauce. The ricotta was light and airy and the tart tomato sauce balanced it well. Overall, this is not a place I will come to again on my own. Its a nice ambiance, but too expensive for the quality of food. Our waiter was also super FORGETFUL. Had the ask for water, plate, fork, check TWICE.

So glad we ended up here last night! We started off at Texas De Brazil but the wait was over and hour and a half! Then we tried Tommy Bahamas and they were closed for a private event! Finally we happened upon Brio and their wait was over an hour! We slipped into the bar and as fate would have it a table was getting up to leave right as we walked in! So we swooped the table like the stealthy women we are and all was right with the world. We had an amazing server! We had a few drinks and I have to say their Raspberry Mojito is a must try! We started with the Carpaccio appetizer and it was absolutely heavenly. Like I’m crazing it right now at 8:00AM just writing about it good. For our main course we had the Steak salad and the Salmon salad. Both were ginormous portions and incredibly tasty. Neither of us were able to finish them and we left incredibly satisfied! This will definitely be a go to for girls night!

I was wanting an inexpensive but good steak. I went with Pork chop plate instead-it was delicious! The vegetables did have an interesting flavor… This was our second visit and not our last. Good variety of options for the good price

I’ve always love Brio it’s one of those places that lands in between Casual and Classy. It’s perfect for a couple steps above average casual dinner date or a fancy enough dinner party. No matter how you put it it’s a nice place to dine weather you’re here for a work gathering or dinner for 2 it’s perfect and their food is great. I was here recently for my father in laws big 5 oh and we had our party in their small banquet room. I’ve been in this room before for his parents 50th anniversary and it works for a small private group. The service here is awesome and the staff is really accommodating as far as cakes, flowers, décor and slide show goes. The food and drinks are always good as expected. We had at this party a four coarse meal. Staring off with 2 choice of salad an Italian chop and a Cesar’s wedge with bacon yum! Then we were served the apps calamari and something else I can’t remember but their calamari are battered and delicious crispy enough and had great seasoning paired with marinara dipping sauce. The family style entrees were lemon chicken with capers or something like that, steak and this very good cheese tortellini Pasta dish. All this and bread and butter as well. As usual all the food maws very good and the dessert(2 options) tiramisu and cheese cake were really yummy and presented really nice… not pictured boo. But regardless Brio is always a nice place to dine and the food is always satisfying!

I frequent this restaurant in Gilbert, Arizona. For my 21st birthday, my family, my boyfriend and I went here to meet my family that lives in Henderson for my birthday dinner. All I remember is good wine and fabulous service, just like the Gilbert location. The décor is BEAUTIFUL. Probably a nice place to take someone on a date(hint, hint). Side note: this restaurant is located with a plethora of shopping around. SO, if you want to just pop in after doing some cardio while shopping and grab a glass of wine, I feel like it would be enjoyable.

For now my review is five stars. However! I did not have a full dining experience. Me and two coworkers went here after work on Friday around 1:30pm and we just had sangria and appetizers. We sat outside in Town Square because the weather was beautiful. We ordered the white peach sangria, which was excellent beyond belief. I’m typically a red sangria person because the others are too sweet but this was just perfect. I ordered the steak bruschetta. My goodness. It was so awesome. It had a touch of Gorgonzola cheese on it but it wasn’t too strong as it sometimes can be. It had arugula and Parmesan. The steak was so tender and flavorful. I was legitimately impressed. Our service was very good and attentive as well and she split the check three ways for us which I appreciated… considering this is sometimes a painful task. I was glad we sat outside where is was quiet and shaded. I saw a glimpse of the inside and it just wasn’t inviting. It looked dark and loud.

Mother’s Day Breakfast! The elegance of Brio started off my day with ease. The host staff was welcoming and cordial. We had a reservation and we were seated within minutes so no real waiting. I got to enjoy Berries & Cream stuffed French toast with applewood bacon. It was a bit overwhelming due to how sweet it was but what do you expect with stuffed French toast drizzled with honey and syrup. Nonetheless, it was yummy!!! The service was ok. I felt like our server was getting irritated a couple times but then he would snap out of it. I get they were super busy so I just let it slide. I have enjoyed happy hour at this venue many times and have always had a great time. Overall, still a satisfied Brio customer!
