The caterer was completely aloof to the requirements of providing for the event. Their arrival was 2 hours later than the contractually agreed upon time. When the guests were arriving for the event, their kitchen staff was scrambling to set up their food stations. The guests had the unfortunate experience of seeing the chef running around, hustling to get the work done. In the service industry, professionals know and understand to show up on time, in order to complete the requirements of the job. Mr. Anthony’s unprofessionalism carried through the evening. Their food would best be described as mediocre grocery-store takeout. Quite frankly, their tardiness led me to believe that they picked up their food from a 7Eleven on the way to the event. Throughout the event he was hostile and argumentative. I’ve had the pleasure to work with professional chef’s and caterers. Mr. Anthony should be ashamed to wear his chef’s coat.
