Never before have I had an experience with an owner who’s lack of concern for client’s well being is overshadowed only by his lack of integrity and lies.
I have been a patient for several months now. I had first come the the facility because I feared that my increasing age coupled with my grueling travel and work schedule had taken its toll on my body and was concerned that my natural testosterone was significantly off. When my test came back, the Dr confirmed that I was well below the healthy guidelines for men my age. I was happy to know there was a solution to my problem but worried that the treatment plan wouldn’t realistic since as I said before, traveling takes me away from my hometown of Vegas.
I was assured that traveling wouldn’t be an issue and that they have multiple clients who travel or live out of state for extended periods of time and that they could and would mail me my prescription if and when necessary. It was with this reassurances that I purchased the full one-​year plan.
Skip ahead several months later and I find myself out of town and going on 3 – 4 weeks without my medication.
During that time, I have made multiple calls to the office and each time, told that the owner would call me when he gets in… NEVER ONCE DID HE RETURN MY CALL.
In fact the only success I had in getting anything done was, after two weeks of no medication, when I offered an employee that I would cover the next day air cost if they could ship me at least a one week supply (the employee charged me and I did get that one week treatment) but along with that, I was assured that the owner Had in his possession the package he was to send me and that he would indeed mail to me on the following Monday…
skip ahead to the following Wednesday and I still have not received the package or a phone call. In fact, the only information I have gotten was through my call to the office where once again, an employee had to call the owner and ask for the tracking number, only to learn once more that the package was NOT sent on Monday. Lies Lies Lies
What you have here is an owner with a complete disregard for his clients well being. No communication. No professionalism.
The only thing that does work here are the employees. To bad they can’t fire the Owner. And since they can’t, do yourself a favor and take your $ elsewhere. Where you’ll be treated with the respect that should come when you spend significant money for medical treatment.

A few years ago I received laser hair removal on my bikini line. I went to every excruciating appointment for a whole year… Guess what?
It didn’t work!
Everytime I went into the salon I had a different technician that would tell me the old one got fired. There was even one time I showed up for my appointment and no one was there.
I bought the deal on Groupon… I should of knew then this place was a joke.

Went today to get revitalized with a Myers IV cocktail after a long and crazy Memorial Day weekend. I felt amazing after getting it. I had lots of energy and I didn’t feel hungover anymore. Definitely lifted me up.
The staff is great and the place is super clean too. I recommend it and I will definitely be back.

I had the laser hair removal on my bikini, underarms and lower legs (8 treatments, 8 treatments and 6 treatments). While my hair in those areas are a lot thinner and sparse, they are still there… kind of defeats the purpose.
Apparently, being part Asian makes it difficult to determine what strength the machine should be set at. If I had known (or have been told) that being mixed race would complicate things, I would have told them at my first appointment. At my third of eight treatments, I casually mentioned it and was told that my first two treatments were set at a weak strength (Caucasian). So, two treatments in two spots pretty much wasted.
Around my sixth/​seventh treatment of my bikini and underarms, I got another Groupon for my lower legs. I was thinking that this will be better because the technicians now know that I am mixed race and all six of my sessions will be at the appropriate strength.
At my last session of laser treatments, the technician informed me that the hair removal WAS NOT PERMANENT and if there are any hormonal changes, my hair could grow back at the same rate before I did my treatments.
So I made time to complete all 20 appointments, avoiding the sun, not wearing deodorant or lotion and feel my hair crackle under my skin by the laser for less hair, not no hair?!
While my experience was disappointing, my non-​yelping friend has been satisfied with her botox/​juvederm treatments.

Great place to feel replenished and revitalized. Get your shot of B12 and Myers cocktail! They worked for me. Very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend it!

Do not get laser hair removal here. They charged me three hundred dollars for laser hair removal (and wanted to charge extra for numbing cream, which I had negotiated as part of the deal), and implied I would have results in six treatments. I am not a a calico cat face, and have to find a group on because the told me it would cost $ 600.00 to finish the job. I can’t get a return call from the manager. Don’t waste your money.

Do not waste your time or money. I had bought a groupon for laser hair removal, in the beginning everything was great. I had an amazing girl Amy Sanchez who explained everything to me in detail throughout my treatments. Each and every time she would turn up the intensity of the laser for better results. About halfway through my treatments the others girls had notified me that Amy no longer worked there. It was no big deal at first but I noticed that the other girls seemed less professional. I even went in there for my regular appointment at 10:00 a.m. I was told to have a seat 10 minutes…20 minutes later, I could hear the receptionist on the phone with her tech asking when she was going to arrive at work. She was running late. 30 minutes late?! How INCONSIDERATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! All the receptionist could say was can we reschedule? I should have spoken to a manager and should have been compensated for my time and money WASTED. I was so irritated at that point I just wanted to leave. Thank God I am done with my treatments and never have to return.

This business has many services such as chemical peels, injections and so forth, but I came here for laser hair removal. My technicians truly care about getting the best results for the package that I bought-​to be hair free by the end of it. They also want repeat customers and always have specials running. So for services rendered and effort, I’m a fan.
The location is not the best– its located in a very congested part of town and in a somewhat tightly spaced office building. If you’re not punctual-​be prepared to wait.

I’ll never go back. There’s definitely better med spas out there with more experienced and professional staff. My experience wasn’t good, but yours might be.

I found Beautiful Laser Lounge through a groupon I purchased in March. I have been doing the underarm laser (8 sessions). I am on my 7 th session and the results are amazing. I’m going to buy additional packages for other areas. The customer service is great. Everyone there is friendly and really good with scheduling and changing appointment times. I highly recommend beautiful laser lounge!!!

I bought a Groupon/​Living Social «ONE Year» deal for $ 99. The staff were nice but one needed more experience or schooling (you know who you are). I’ve had laser hair removal from Simplicity Laser before but lied to BLL just for comparison purposes. Again, refer to 2^nd sentence of this review. I’ll get into deep details later on because I haven’t had my coffee yet…

Thank god for Groupon! I love this place. Debra (I think that’s her name) is amazing. I’m currently doing the brazilian and underarm hair removal. I love the results so far! My hair so thin now. The place is small and cozy.

BLL is a great laser center that I’ve done my treatments with and had great experiences. Deanna and Debrah are my recommended technicians that are licensed, personable and all always make my experiences comfortable. I recommend this place to all who want to be hair free, I love it!

I am not sure as to what happen to «Jennifer R» in 2011, but my experiences here was great. I bought a groupon to try them out. I dont like to purchase personal care services for a bargain… but I am so glad I did!
I purchased the underarm package (which is for eight treatments). I was a bit worried since i had heard from other people about their hair removal treatments that it hurt… like as if they are zapping/​burning each individual follicle. But the laser that BLL uses is great! For underarms, I think i am in there for about 10 mins at most. I saw results after my second treatment.
They are really nice, professional and very affordable. Highly recommend them

I have had incredible experiences with this company, unlike the previous reviews (both posted on the same day). When I moved back to Las Vegas I had to find a new laser salon for my hair removal needs. I went out on a limb and bought a groupon for Beautiful Laser Lounge, and it happens to be very close to my office. I have had monthly appointments and have seen great results on my treatment area. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their turn around time is super fast and they get me out of their in a jiffy. I am quite happy with my service and will continue to use them.
