Racist waitress, we sat down and waited, watched everyone around us place their orders and still no service, just got up and left. We were a party of 3 one black male with 2 Caucasian women. The black waitress, totally ignored us! I’d have a 0 if I could. Black hostess had nothing to say when we were leaving after we said we were leaving since we couldn’t get any service. Horrible! Do not patronize this place, management should re-evaluate their employees.

Come on folks! Every time try to get one of the advertised treats, the line is long. If you always have long lines, it’s time to get more cash registers and employees unless your intent is to get customers standing in line to just get them in the casino so you can«look» busy. Can’t comment on the food because never taken the time to wait in line for it. I come to Vegas at least once a year since 1992 and not willing to wait in long lines for every day food.

Won a 2−4−1 burger at the café with my players card. I don’t know why the waiter asked us how we wanted this cooked, because these burgers are just plastic meat they throw in a bun. Seriously, my kids have play food that probably taste better than this stuff. Giving it 2 stars because of the staff. They were very nice and attentive. Cool in the back had a beard cover too. That’s was impressive. Food — not even close to impressive.

Great place to grab a bite while in Downtown Las Vegas. Make sure to sign up for the Slot card to save some $. They offer $ 3.75 w/card chili cheese dog with fries. $ 4.95 Hamburger with either potato salad or coleslaw. Extra charge to upgrade to fries and add cheese. Grate place to grab breakfast, lunch and dinner and won’t break the bank. Service is fast friendly and efficient. Sit yourself and grab a menu type. Use your comp points for free food.

Had the Hangover Burger. Came with an egg, bacon and fries. So delicious. Hit the spot after craving a burger. Service was quick, refills came timely. Inexpensive with a players card. A huge burger and fries for $ 6.95. Can’t beat that deal. Will be back for sure!

We stopped here after hearing great things about the chicken! We ordered the chicken tenders, and they were delicious. Our server was very friendly, I forgot her name. Hedi I think. She was so sweet! But then the other waitress, Alicia… man was she VERY rude. I asked her for a straw and she was soooooo snotty. She was rude to the other customers as well, and they were complaining. I did tell the lady at the front how very rude Alicia was, but she didnt seem to care. Alicia is the reason for a 2 star instead of a 5 star, unfortunately. So if you get lucky and dont get her as a server, I am betting you will have a great experience!

Service was okay. Food was okay as well. It’s open during the crazy hours so it’s a good stop to make when you’re trying to kill that craving

Really needed a late night bite. We had already hit Market St Café(California Hotel) a few times so we thought to stay in the neigborhood. Disappointed by the hot beef sandwich. The bread and gravy were fine, and the QUANTITY of beef was fine, but the beef itself was tough Tough TOUGH. I vote that they decrease the QUANTITY of beef and improve the grade; something with a bit more fat.

The hobo stew and cornbread is great! Pecan pie is the most tasteless pie we’ve had — no good. The customer service is funny because the person that takes your food order refuses to handle your drink orders and you have to wait for someone else to come by.

The place to grab cheap breakfast! Vegas is a place to spend money & being on a budget this is a great place to satisfy your hunger. Got served right away & ordered the Grid Iron Breakfast, which is pancakes, eggs, toast, hash browns & sausage/bacon… All that for $ 9& the best part is they had a 2 for 1 deal.

Love love love the Hangover Breakfast burger. Greasy, cheesy, salty, delicious… I was hungover and it was EXACTLY what I needed. With fries or hash browns(I had fries, the fiancée had hash browns, and we both were happy as clams with our food), it will cure what ails ya. Yes, it might have weighed heavily on the gut, but the gut was churning on empty, so I was happy I didn’t feel sick anymore. The service was fine… I don’t get everyone complaining about the service here. I mean, you are going in to a casino café to score cheap prices with your player’s card… you want white gloves and a maitre d’? Our server was quick, if a bit abrupt. But he was never impolite or unpleasant. For $ 6.95 a meal, I will be more than happy to return.

Wanted a cheap place to validate my parking. Otherwise it is $ 2 an hour. Well I got it! It is on par with Dennys. Saw another person next to us eating a open faced turkey sandwich that looked good. I ordered it and it reminds of childhood at the Woolworths counter. It was $ 9 and not real great. Husband ordered a cheeseburger. He thought it was rather ordinary. They have some specials on the board if you have a players club card. Service was fair to good. Overall it was just Okay. Nothing so appealing to make me want to return.

Aug. 28, we came in to have lunch, we sat down very quickly. I had the Hangover breakfast burger with fries, my brother had the Philly cheese steak sandwich, my husband had the BBQ pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw. The food was great and service good. The prices were also good. They only thing I didn’t like is that the waiter would stand over us I felt like he was rushing us.

I’ve eaten here plenty of times and have always ordered the Rib-Eye for $ 17.99… for the price, its amazing. The Chef seasoned it well, and it was good. my kids ordered the Buttermilk Pancakes and they were decent. this place is small, and the service is a little on the slow side, but for the prices, u get what you pay for.

I both love and hate this place. We come to Vegas regularly and I used to live the fried pickles and jalapeño bottle caps, enough to put aside my resentment at possibly the worst service ever. But today we stepped in, hungry as hell, to find them removed from the menu. What gives Binions? We’re hungry so we decide to stay and eat anyway. The sign at the door tells you to ‘seat yourself’ which should tell you everything you need to know, but no, foolish as we are, we venture on in. Two menus come flying at us, and when we ask questions on the menu we just get a passing grunt. Honestly the food is ok if you are in the mood for some greasy café fair but seriously, the service is quite possibly the worst ever.

Counter service at Binion’s Café was quick and friendly. My server, Mel from Arizona, stopped often to fill water and check on things. Try the pastrami. Great flavor and overflowed on the plate.

Went here for breakfast. I had the gambler’s breakfast which consists of sausage, two strips of bacon, hash browns and eggs which I chose over easy. I also had wheat toast. It’s your standard breakfast. Hash browns were a little burnt. Bacon was crisp and delicious. Sausage was good. Our meal was free with our play card. It was descent. The service was excellent by our waitress. Everyone was really nice. This is located inside the Binion’s Casino. Our drinks were always refilled. Great service.

Yum. I am giving it 4 stars because it sure is great when you are buzzed, hung over or ending a night of hard partying. When we went they were handing out buy one get one free meals at the entrance of the casino. This is what initially drew us in. I ordered a grilled cheese every time we went during our stay(2 or 3 times. I can’t remember.) Both times the sandwich was good and comforting. It made me happy and while it was a typical sandwich I really enjoyed it. In fact I am looking forward to this coming July when I will eat here again after pounding bloody marys and playing roulette over at the El Cortez.

Real food, real conversation, really standard cuisine. This review is long overdue, about a month and a half to be exact. This was my secret spot for peaceful meals and funny conversations after each night of the Life is Beautiful festival. I also parked my car here and would get it validated after each meal, which I’m assuming they will change this for next year. The last day of the festival, parking attendants were getting wise to the real use of their spaces, and trust me it wasn’t for the nickel slots. This place is not fancy, not pretty, but it gets the job done. From Thursday to Sunday I was parked at the café counter, usually around 1am, ordering everything your fitness trainer yells at you for eating: chicken fried steak, chili cheese dogs, the lumberjack breakfast, chicken fingers, and for good measure some type of fried westernized version of an egg roll. The standard color scheme of each meal usually landing somewhere between gray and brown on the spectrum. Still, I savored each bite like it was my last. Yes, this food is terrible for you, but who wants to order a salad in the wee hours of the morning? The service was good. I ordered food and it promptly came. This no frills style of eating can be enjoyable especially with the right company. I was usually solo when eating here so I would chat with my fellow snackers. Mostly old school gentlemen who would complained about how Vegas has lost it’s «class». Apparently this dude has never witnessed the people dressed up as cardboard Transformers and bootleg Pixar characters on Las Vegas Blvd. In-all seriousness the guy has a point. The Binions Café is by no means something to rave about, but like a blue collar worker, it’s reliable and gets the job done no matter the situation.

Alright so we were downtown Fremont enjoying a fun date night out and happened to smell the burgers a sizzling over at Binion’s café. We were hungry and remembered the yummy burger we had last time. Our service and experience from the previous visit was horrendous and we decided to give the Café another shot! We decided to stroll through and check out the wait and to our surprise there was no line and plenty of open seats. We grabbed a seat at the bar and were greeted by the main cook who is Awesome! He took really good care of us all of the way through, kept our drinks filled and even chatted with us for a bit. The burgers were delicious and our tab was low so you can’t beat that with a stick! I am pleased to announce our visit was much better this time around so we will be back for burgers!
