Definitely not worth it no matter how tempting the pastries look in the pics. I wasn’t amazed. Tried 5 diff pastries and they were all stale. Won’t be returning

Euro-Asian inspired breads and pastries. It reminds me of the tasty pastries/breads my mom picks up at Korean markets in Southern California and Saint Germain Bakery in Hawaii. Either way, I was so delighted to discover BF Bakery and I’ve already been back three times to pick up treats! The cases are usually full of these pastries and breads and the selection is always slightly different. You grab a tray(or two) and a pair of tongs, choose your treats, and take it up to the cashier to ring you up. SAVORY Jalapeño Hot Dog($ 2.25) Green Onion Hot Dog($ 1.79) Mushroom Bacon Cheese($ 1.79) Ham and Cheese Bread($ 1.79) Danish Garlic Bread($ 1.79) Green Onion Bread($ 1.25) Sunflower Bread($ 1.79) Cheese Bar($ 1.25) SWEET Danish Waltz($ 1.79) Oxley Bread($ 3.25) Pineapple Bread($ 1.25) Crispy Crust Danish w/Cream($ 1.79) Honey Blueberry($ 1.25) Coconut Bread($ 1.79) Cream Butter Bread($ 1.25) Red Bean Bread($ 1.79) Custard Bread($ 1.25) Danish Red Bean Bar($ 2.25) Northern European Pumpkin Seed Bread($ 2.25) Favorites: Mushroom Bacon Cheese, Danish Garlic Bread, Danish Waltz, Oxley Bread, Honey Blueberry, Coconut Bread, and Northern European Pumpkin Seed Bread. These breads are placed in individual bags, then placed in a box for you to carry out. They’re not very careful with the breads though, so every time, they’re smashed to fit in, placed awkwardly, or falling out of their bags. It’s not pleasant, but I just fix it immediately after receiving my goodies. The breads are mostly soft and fluffy with very delicate flavors(as is most Asian desserts) and really inexpensive! They’re yummy and some of them are great after a quick toast in the convection oven for warmth and crunch.

Bf Bakery is located inside the new 99 Ranch Market on Maryland, near the Boulevard Mall. They have amazing coffee(probably my favorite in Vegas right now) and pastries. Prices are cheap, service is friendly.

Not worth it… It is convenient because it’s in a grocery store but the selection is terrible. I was craving something sweet so I purchased their chocolate mousse cake slice. The tiramisu cake slice. And their peach cake slice. I tried one bite of each. The only one I thought was okay was the tiramisu. The sweets are not very sweet and pretty flavorless. Plus when I stuck my fork In the icing. The slices were really stiff and the frosting was stiff on the top as well as the cake on the bottom. Seems like they had been sitting for a long time and the fridge it was in was too cold or something. I paid like 10.50 for all three which mind you one slice is a little square piece like you’d find at a buffet but a little bigger and it fits in my hand. I’m only 5’2 so my hands are pretty small. I don’t think it was worth the price to pay 3.50 each slice. They looked pretty. But unfortunately. They didn’t taste good. I was really disappointed. I could have driven a little farther to a different bakery for something worth spending my money on.

Since I work right across the street I decided to try the bakery out for some coffee and and a pastry, one croissant and cappuccino later, I’m sold, for ever. I usually pay a little less for coffee but it was definitely worth it. My croissant was most likely Jesus touching my tongue or something like that. Looking forward to try the rest of their pastries and drinks on their menu! Definitely recommend trying this place out !
