I am adding this update to respond to April’s comment. She is the owner who cut my hair. 1) Her comment is the same hateful attitude that she responded with when I called her upset. 2) I haven’t reviewed 42 other businesses only to leave her a fake review. 3) I am adding a photo of my hair cut. Originally I had decided against putting the pic on here as it was such an emotionally disturbing event for me. I didn’t want it on here. But it’s worth it after her accusations.
When she cut my hair she blew it out and it hung in a V shape. So I obviously didn’t walk out like this. I didn’t even look that close at the back because I was so upset over the fact that she cut my bangs off. All this uneven crap did not become apparent till I washed it and let it air dry at home for natural wave. When I left her salon I was upset over the fact that she had cut my bangs off, later that weekend I was devastated when this mess became apparent.
I had to have the layers in my hair cut soooo short to even it out that now, almost 2 years later, it is just finally getting back to where I want it. :(2 years !!!

If I could give a negative star I would.
IF YOU ARE A BLONDE OR PLAN ON GOING BLONDE DO NOT TRUST APRIL.
My once beautiful hair is now bright orange and red (when she menant to do platnum and chocolate brown), and she refuses to fix it.
AND the cut is horrible.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON.

I bought the groupon and went in for a cut. It was a decent cut but I’ve had better and am sticking with that one from now on… now matter how good the groupon is! Too many other great stylists here in Vegas!

Had a much need hair cut and color (my old hair tech vanished) By GINA! She did an AWESOME job of giving me a beautiful cut and color. I followed up a few weeks later for another color with April (Gina was on vacation)!! April was AWESOME too! I feel like I scored twice!!! I truly enjoyed sitting in the chair and chatting with them not to mention when I walked out of there my hair felt and looked better then in has in years!! I love the products they used on my hair! This salon is beautiful, clean, and I was made to feel very comfortable! I’m booking my next appointment online right after I finish this review! =)

I absolutely love this salon! It’s my favorite since i’ve moved to Vegas. I purchased a groupon and decided to try it out since I had just moved to Vegas and didn’t have a hair stylist yet. I met April (the owner) and she is a delight! Super charming, fun personality, always has coffee, water, or sometimes wine for me when I come in. She’s always flexible when me or my gfs need appointments at short notice. I have never had a bad coloring experience here. Often times when trying out new salons they either don’t know how to color hair, tone, or they just screw it up. April can do or fix anything!!! Which is why I am a frequent customer. And she’s affordable. When I lived in Hollywood I was paying $ 2 – 400 for a color and with April she fits right in my budget. Also this salon has hair tinsel which makes ur hair stand out and sparkle, there’s a manicurist which is almost always available, a skin care specialist. I feel like I’m at girls night out when i visit this salon. Girl talk, laughter, jokes, and I can get everything I need done in one visit! Thanks!

I saw Gina and we immediately clicked.
Came here after buying a groupon back in June. It didn’t expire till December, but what better reason to go get hair done than a party, right?
I have very long hair so my complete «procedure» took damn near 5 hours.
I got the «look like a million for a hundred» promo.
I was so pleased with my outcome (still getting compliments) that I will definitely be back!
I have to say that I only get my hair cut once a year and haven’t dyed/​bleached it in years, so this was a treat for me.

After spending a wonderful day at Atomic April’s GLAM Salon, I have now added it to my regular beauty fix list. Not only can you get your ‘do done here, you can also get a pumpkin (yes! pumpkin!) facial, get your nails done, and get so much more! April has the latest and most nourishing hair care products in her retail section, so you have to check that out and ask her which products she recommends for you. The whole staff is so friendly and funny, you’ll want to take them home with you. And stop by April’s glitter bar. Seriously. She has a bar set up with martini glasses filled with glitter. It’s so fun! They also teach classes at GLAM Salon, like how to apply tinsel to your own hair or applying air brush makeup. At GLAM salon you get more than a glamification, you get an education, too!

April did an awesome job on my hair and my friend’s hair as well. I think this will definitely be my friend’s forever go to hair dresser because she is probably the only one that was excited about what she wanted to do on her hair and not talk her out of it.
She stayed late helping us instead of saying, sorry we are closing and I’m too booked to help you.
Very fun environment and relaxing. Would definitely come here again. Price was definitely reasonable. I was worried it was going to cost over $ 100 but it didn’t! =)

Awesome services and friendly staff. April does an awesome job on my hair. I will sure be back for all of my hair needs.

Do you ever see someone with fantastic hair and wonder who is responsible for making them look so fantastic? I have… That is how I found out about Tamarae at Atomic April’s GLAM Salon.
I was given Tamarae’s direct number and called her to make an appointment. I was disappointed once I realized that she worked at the GLAM Salon because I had passed up the opportunity to purchase a Groupon for the salon recently. The haircut pricing was reasonable though, so my disappointment didn’t last long.
The overall vibe of the salon is great. It has nice décor, there were adorable hair accessories for sale, and every person working was welcoming and friendly. April, the owner, was there working on another client but still took the time to find out how I heard about Tamarae and the salon.
But enough about the salon. This review is so I can tell you all how fantastic Tamarae is. She spent TWO HOURS cutting my hair. Now, to some people that may seem excessive. But not me. The reason I wanted to go to Tamarae in the first place was because I have very finicky bangs and I have struggled to find a stylist that could get them to look how I wanted, which is the classic Bettie style pin-​up bangs.
I warned Tamarae about my bangs giving people some difficulty, and she took the time to make sure she got them right. Plus she was a great conversationalist, by the end of my appointment not only did I have fantastic hair but I felt like I had made a new friend.
I highly recommend Tamarae, she has skills AND a passion to do great work, something you don’t always find in a hair stylist. I will certainly be back to see her again.
