Awful. Will not be going back. Bedside manner is horrible, walked in and forgot my name. Refuses to give lab results over the phone, instead you have to go in and pay 20 more dollars. Only to find out that he thought my lab results were contaminated and I need go back to the lab for new samples and then go back again for the results. I read up on the reasons certain Dr’s won’t give lab results over the phone, if there is nothing wrong with your you there is absolutely no reason not to give the results over the phone. However with the new Health Care Act this is a way for DR’s to make more money. I asked Mr Adaoag and his staff and they refused to admit this. Just admit it, I would appreciate the honesty and gladly pay the 20 dollars every time.

Looks like this«Dr» always have something better to do… even when you are the first patient of the day you still have to wait 45 min so you can have 5 min of his time, and on those 5 min he tells you the specialist you need to see! Really? Next time i will ho directly to the specialist! And save me the time and money with this one! He took all those years at school to know what kind of specialist you need??? I was there for something that regulate my low blood pressure which is a family condition… but i have to go w the cardiologist first so he can tell me what i already know??? Really??? And also spend another 3 hrs of my time? No thank you… this is the last time i go with this one

I was a patient of Dr. Aaron A. Adaoag. I went to him cause he was my PCP and I wanted to get a physical done. He had me go to a lab to get a test done. After wards, I went back for a follow up, the doctor informed me that I had an incurable disease. He did not offer a copy of the report to me. I was upset to find out this news because I thought for sure that I was clean. For over 4 months I thought I had this incurable disease. When I went to a second doctor for a second opinion, that doctor pulled the report from when Dr. Adaoag sent me. He informed me that the report stated I was negative. I asked him to run a second lab test from a different lab. The results from the 2nd lab test were also negative. When I went to the Aloha Medical Center, they locked me out saying they was closed at 4:45pm. The next day, I called the Aloha Medical Center to ask them why I got a false report and that I would like a copy of my records. They informed me that I would have to talk to the office manager to get that information. When I asked them to transfer me to the manager, they told me they would have to forward my information and have her call me back. I never got a call back and I have been trying to get in touch with someone that can answer my questions. I would like a copy of my files but every time I call or visit the office they always tell me I have to speak with the office manager. I don’t normally post reviews but I felt like I needed to, so others won’t fall victim to this doctor.

use your medical insurance elsewhere. didnt take the time to see my conditions. more interested in making sure insurance is accepted than helping patients. would not recommend.
