Have been going to Aloha Kitchen it seems like forever… I remember the remodel at the sahara and Decatur location as well as checking out the bar next door. It was fun because of the karaōke that was going on at the time. My typical go to for a quick and inexpensive meal is the student special which is basically just chicken teriyaki over rice and a small fountain soda. I like to get the vegetable egg rolls to go with the student special. The food is always consistent and cooking times varies depending on how busy they are. Service is great they bring the food to you when it’s ready so you don’t have to stand around waiting. If you’re super hungry then make sure to try the mix plate and get your grub on! Good selection of Hawaiian food and good quality consistent food makes me coming back time and time again.

Ate here twice with my group because the food was so good and cheap! You can tell a place is good when the local people eat here. I had the Korean ribs one night, fried rice the next with egg and both were delicious. I would recommend this place if you are looking for good, local eatery.

Food is always really tasty and fresh, and I love how late it’s open. I normally order the garlic chicken with gravy or the BBQ chicken. Really convenient and food comes out quickly!

Good food, lousy service. We used to frequent aloha, but lately the service is just so bad I can’t bring myself to spend money there. The younger cashiers lack aloha and the older lady was flat out rude the last time we were there. She spent 15 minutes arguing with me that I ordered something I didn’t. Thankfully I had my receipt to show her what I ordered. Too many Hawaiian food places in Vegas to put up with subpar service.

I used to get take out and order my favorite garlic chicken all the time. But for some reason the last few times I’ve been there the chicken tasted like it was old and dry. Not fresh like how it used to be. It’s sad because now I won’t come back. I might it one more time in the future and hope that they will cook it with fresh chicken.

So yummy. I can’t wait to come again. I came here for the first time on Dec 16th while we were in town celebrating my son’s birthday. I always see relatives of mine check in here on FB and it made me curious after seeing the Unilocal reviews and photos and menu. I brought my parents along with me and my son of course. After my first visit, it’s probably now my favorite place to eat when I come out now. My parents said the same thing. They said they are probably only going to come and eat there now when they come to Vegas. I got the adobo omelette which was so amazing and so ridiculously huge, my mom got longanisa, my dad got hashbrowns and eggs, and for my son, who is insanely picky, i got the kids teriyaki plate, which he surprisingly ate and I finished of course. I ate off of everyone’s plate and everything I had was so good. I would post photos but my phone is not allowing me to right now for some reason. All of that food we ordered for about 30 something dollars. Totally worth it. My mouth waters thinking about eating here again. I wish they had locations in LA or the valley!

Can anyone tell me the most bussy times? Like what day and what time would be good to go?

I ordered the mix plate and it had beef, chicken and fish. First bite was really good and maybe because I was hungry. After that I found the food quite sweet. It’s like teriyaki sauce everywhere. The rice was awesome. It had some kind of oil that made it nice and sticky and shiny. The Mac was yucky. Fish was battered in egg and i don’t really like that. I personally don’t like pan fried eggs. Chicken was good at least it’s normal tasting. The beef was sweet with too much sauce. Juice was interesting Hawaiian sun. I got the guava nectar. Not bad but not like wow. I might come back will see.

Our go to place for local grinds. Very friendly atmosphere. Large portions and hella good. The husband and kids favorite is the Kalbi ribs plate. My fave is adobo fried rice and the fried saimin. Tasty

I had the fried rice lovers omelette with portugese sausage in it. You can choose from char su pork, portugese sausage, ham or spam. My wife had the bento box with soam, teriyaki beef and chicken. And my mother in law had ox tail soup that comes with 2 scoops of rice as always. No complaints over all, good local food just like home. Lots of seating inside, not sure how the bathrooms were but they have public restrooms. Also a karaōke bar on one side that is separated

When you’re looking for a good Asian comfort food, I think that this is one of the best places you should try out. I can’t lie though because I’ve tried other restaurants that are better, but this really will suffice. The food will not disappoint you as some other places are capable of doing that. I usually get the combination of ribs and chicken which is always so delicious here. I love how they sauce the meat as well as it makes the meat juicy and oh so tender. The meal that I get always comes with macaroni salad which is one of my favorites from their menu. It’s simple, but very delicious to chew. The other best part about this restaurant is the spam musubi. Me and my friend never leave this place without trying it out as it is just so delicious. I love the combination of sticky rice, teriyaki sauce, and spam put together but a sheet of seaweed. And then when you dip it on their special sauce, it just seals the whole entire deal. This particular side is something you really have to try! I don’t think you would be disappointed either! The staff there is average as they don’t have the best customer service, but they also are not bad either. But in all honesty, I just go there for the food. I think that even if they have bad service, it probably won’t stop me from getting more entrees. But let’s just hope that they don’t change! Overall, a very good restaurant to try out. This is one of Vegas’ gem that you gotta try!

My regular place for Hawaiian style food! Very good! I’ve been here 4 times with in 3 weeks. That should say how I love this place. The saimin is soooo good, and the French fries are always fresh and crunchy.

Love the teriyaki combo plate! When I think Hawaiian food I think of this place! This branch! The best in town! You walk in go the counter and order. You can get a fountain drink or opt for Hawaiian Sun. I’m all about Hawaiian Sun passion fruit. Ok so I always get the combo plate teriyaki. It comes with chicken, beef and pork smothered in teriyaki yummy sauce with two scoots of rice and one scoop of the best macaroni salad!!! It’s a huge plate but if you are like me it’s one of those plates that you keep eating because it tastes soooo freaking good!!! You order and sit down they bring the food out to you on real plates with real silverware and some napkins. I love that they are open until 4am! Maybe because they have a karaōke bar next door. I love this place I’ll be back!!!

I love this place but am only giving it four stars because the only thing I’ve ever eaten from here is the spam musubi. Spam musubi isn’t hard to make at all but there’s something about the way this place makes it that just keeps me coming back. My only suggestion is make sure you get and keep your receipt because though they may have been standing RIGHTTHERE as you ordered your food, they will NOT give you your food unless you can prove you ordered it LOL. That was annoying.

It’s been a year since I’ve last been here but my goal was to have a great night of karaōke fun & drinks. The good news is that our favorite KJ Mack was stills here doing his karaōke magic and of course having hawaiian food is always an extra bonus. The lounge was about half full when we arrived but as the night continued on it definitely turned into an epic party house with a great vibe. From karaōke singing, dancing, and comedy from the lounge hosts, KJ Mack & Barman Chris, this is definitely a place to come have fun. :)

Perhaps the attached bar should have lead me to believe being intoxicated was the key to a great meal… The 2 stars are for the kalua pork as it was delicious and plentiful. I noticed the mixed reviews but still thought it could be worth the stop. I’ll break it down. Ordered the hawaiian plate with an order of spam musubi. Musubi was like no musubi I’ve ever had. A thick chewy wrap of seaweed around a thin piece of spam and rice. Had some sort of sweet sauce in their as well. Not a good spin on musubi. Mac salad… now this was almost good, but wasn’t .really the Mac salad makes the meal in my opinion. Lau Lau… where to begin. well I’m no expert, I don’t believe a giant pile of leaves and green mush(see pic) over a tiny bit of the inside stuff is the way to do it. Perhaps they make something worth eating, this wasn’t To top it off when my meal came I asked for Siracha and it never came. … Should I return it will be for a drink in the bar… perhaps they make a great Mai Tai

I’ve been spoiled and tainted by Hawaii. I LOVE my Hawaiian food and this place was pretty good for the mainland. I have to say though, that I have yet to find a Hawaiian joint that taste like over there. I blame my family in Hawaii for their wonderful cooking and for bringing me to the best places ever when I visit. The spam musubi was okay, not great and not bad, just okay. I ordered the adobo fried rice omelette. It was huge! I ate maybe half of it and I have a big appetite. It was good, however the meat was a little dry. Service was great and I definitely would come back to try the other entrees.
