C’mon man! I have to agree with my fellow reviewers on this one. The sad news is that most people may not find this out till after they have signed a lease with ACE Property Managment and run into an issue. They are quick to call you back for leasing and that’s about it. Everything else goes downhill from there. GETTINGTHINGSFIXED(Bwahahaha) I was with ACE Property Managment for 2 years. within those two years, it was difficult to get things fixed with them. The handyman they used proved to be less handy than his title suggests. My representative… «Larry» was difficult to get a hold of as well. The front staff was not aware of anything that was going on. ENDINGMYLEASE(you got to be kidding me) So it came time for me to end my lease because I was moving out of town. As I always do with every place I rent to ensure I get my deposit back… I clean the from head to toe, even filled in any holes in the wall, plus hit the place with touch up paint provided by the owner of the condo(Not Larry). Not to mention I had the carpets cleaned as well. The place was ready to be rented right way. To my surprise… I received my deposit check back, but not in the full about. Larry wanted to charge me $ 50+ for four missing lightbulbs and an air filter that was washable(of which he told me about when we moved in), plus $ 100 for carpet cleaning. Mind you I had the carpets cleaned before I vacated with the pics to prove it so we’ll see what happens with the dispute. WORDTOTHEWISEDONOTUSETHISPLACEEVER(3-second pause) EVER!

This business is as crooked as the days are long! They do NOT fix repairs and NEVER return phone calls. When we arranged for Cox Communications to install cable and phone service in the home, their technicians spent hours trying to do so. They advised us that all the wiring inside the home was rigged and hazerdous. The only way we could have phone service was to put the phone all the way in back of one of the bedrooms close to the garage. In less than a month, the breaker box located inside the garage blew. As a result, none of the plug outlets inside any of the rooms in the home worked, except for ONE outlet in some of the rooms. We made numerous attempts to contact ACEPROPERTYMANAGEMENT regarding our electrical problem, to no avail. Finally we wrote them a letter advising them of the matter and mailed it. Over a month later, LARRY finally responded by mailing a response letter that informed us to contact their electrician. No name for the electrician was provided, just a telephone number which we quickly learned was a bogus number that did not belong to any electricians. Aside from that, it was not the tenants responsability to try and get a hold of their electrician to fix the electrical problem in the home! A few months laters, fortunatley while nobody was home, the house caught on fire which started in the garage where the faulty breaker box was located. After the Clark County Fire Department put the fire out, they unplugged everything, cut all the wiring in the home and disconnected the electricity and gas for safety reasons. The home was no longer livable and we had to permenatley relocate. ACEPROPERTYMANAGEMENT did NOTHING to assist us with the relocating process except make trips to the home everyday to rush us out and stress us out. We were told we should have gotten renters insurance. Renters insurance would have only protected valuables lost or paid for medical bills if somebody got injured while on our property while we were renting. The issues that resulted from the house fire fall on the homeowner and his insurance, not our renters insurance. TRUSTMEWHEN I SAY, DONOTRENTFROMACEPROPERTYMANAGEMENT!!!

Worst property management company ever! They dont return calls, they dont fix repairs to their properties. Tammy is very unprofessional who does not keep her word. Cant wait to get out of this lease!
