Be advised if you try to make an appointment online, they may not actually have the service available. After hearing about them, I made an appointment online and was pleased to find they had an option for a $ 20 haircut from an apprentice. A few days later I received a voicemail about my appointment. I called back the day before to follow up and was told because I made an appointment online they like to follow up to make sure I will receive all the services I would want. They said I was all set for my appointment. I showed up today for my appointment and the girl at the counter informed me that they don’t have an apprentice on staff. She asked who I spoke with yesterday and I could only remember it was a male. They were very focused on who I spoke with… When I asked what the cost of my haircut would be, the female owner said it would be $ 45 and asked if I knew what«apprentice» meant… I do. Overall, I was surprised that for a new client the owner wouldn’t honor the price that was clearly listed online and say that it would be different for the next time. Maybe the service and staff would have made me a repeat client and I would have gone on to pay $ 45+ per haircut. I used to pay that at a different salon. But who’s to know now. Clearly they are focused on the bottom line and not client experience or new clients.

I went to this place for bridal party to get hair done in updo’s. Most of the staff members were very nice and friendly, The facility is clean and stylish. They did a good job with everyones hair and everyone looked beautiful. My only complaint and reason for only 3 stars of due to the rudeness of the owner. She prepped my hair and spent a good chunk of time criticizing my hair. I understand giving advice if the client is interested in improving their hair but I was just there to get my hair in an updo for a wedding and expected nothing more than small talk. She told me in a judgemental tone that she could tell I dyed my and that I do it at home because of how bad the dye job was.(I had dyed it for a halloween costume several months before). She also mentioned several times that I have so many«fly-away» hairs and she has never seen anyone with so many. I honestly left there feeling VERY self conscious about my hair and appearance. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be going back here.

I got a cut and color from this salon and I absolutely love it. The staff was very friendly and I managed to get a same day appointment. However the one thing I didn’t like about this particular salon was how pushy they were. The day of my appointment they had a sale on their hair care products and were so insistent that I should buy some that I ended up buying some minis just to get them off my back. Not only that but when I told them what hair products I was currently using they actually scoffed at me. I could not believe it. Not all of us went to beauty school and the products I use aren’t that bad(biosilk and it’s a 10). Even though I loved my cut and color I don’t think I’m going to be back because of how pushy/rude they were.
