I made a Unilocal account specifically to review this place.
I have worn glasses/​contacts for 25 years. I have NEVER had worse service than from this place. LONG waits (an hour today!), Dr. Johnson is RUDE and is extremely unhelpful, staff that seem to care more about office gossip than actually helping customers, and hidden fees and costs in a basic eye exam.
My first appointment was back in March to get a new prescription. After three more appointments, today (mid June) I finally got a finalized prescription. Dr. Johnson said this was because my eyes had astigmatisms and were difficult to prescribe for. I call BULLCRAP and say that Dr. Johnson must have received his optometry degree from Idiot University Online. I will never go back to this place ever again. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here either.
