My mom treated me to my first ever facial for my birthday. Beth took me into the treatment room and gave me a robe to change into, and then I hopped up on the treatment table and covered up with blankets. Beth then did a number of skin treatments, which included microdermabrasion, a mask and pore extraction. She mixed up some custom ingredients for the mask, which was cool. Parts of the application process also involved massage, so it was a really relaxing, mellow experience. It ended with some moisturizers and a handful of samples to take home. The whole process took an hour and a half, and I left with glowing skin. I also slept like a champion after the relaxing experience. It is a bit spendy, but I think it’s totally worth it for a special treat.

Love this place. In sort of a strange little building, almost rabbit warren like, but great service. I went for a bikini wax and saw Beth, the owner. She was great, super professional, timely, well-priced, and she does a frequent waxing card(i.e. if you keep up with your waxing, less hair equals easier/quicker wax the next time and the frequent waxing card acknowledges that). I look forward to trying their other spa services.

I was given a gift certificate for my birthday. Fantastic facial! The woman who worked on me was very professional and relaxing! I would definitely schedule another facial!

Again, being from California, we are used to over the top service and amenities, but we were pleasantly surprised by Duncan Noble. The facilities were top notch and the atmosphere was soothing and relaxing. Privacy was not an issue and we felt welcomed. However, the only draw back is the front desk staff. They were a little«fake» and felt awkward. If they lightened up a bit and put a genuine smile on, then the experience would have almost been faultless. Being insincere and fake ruins any business, so our advice would be to be more real.

A friend recommended Duncan Noble to me so I decided to give it a try. I had two appointments, a massage followed by a facial. I had two of the worst experienced I have ever had at a spa. During the massage, the receptionist rudely interrupted the massage and violated my privacy, as my back was exposed, to announce the arrival of the next client. I thought maybe the facial would go better. I was wrong. The light fixture broke and my facial was interrupted so that they could fix the light fixture WHILE i was indecent on the table. I decided then and there I would not return to Duncan Noble.

Too bad I can’t give a negative star. I had the WORSTHAIREXPERIENCEEVER at this place the second time I went there. The first time, everything was OK. The second time, I had a different hair colorist, who apparently couldn’t track down the formula for the hair color I needed, so she mixed some up herself. The long and the short of it is, after two hours of her faffing around and not knowing what she was doing, I ended up with PINKHAIR, when my hair was supposed to be brown. I had to leave and go to an event with pink hair. And the salon was unable to fix it at a later date, due to something having to do with the chemicals involved.

I was glad to read the above review. I haven’t been there for a year or more. Then the manicure was lousy from an inattentive young thing.

I couldn’t believe I was in Las Cruces. I found Duncan-Noble by a recommendation from a friend, and what a beautiful find. I was transported to a place that people seldom find. D-N is a full service spa salon with incomparable offerings. Manicure, pedicure, facial, massage, or hair cuts and colorings, they do it all… And they do it fabulously!!! This is the best of the best and not to be missed.
