This was by far the worst meal we have ever experienced at this Chili’s. Everything was spiced so hot that we were hard pressed to eat it and left most of it on our plates. This Chilies has been a regular for us for many years and at this point we hesitate to come back again. If you have a new cook he or she needs to understand that not everybody likes over spiced food.

Good food, decent service. Usually busy but attentive service and fairly quick to get the food out. Plenty of TV’s in the bar area to watch your favorite sports game.

I love chili’s. I honestly love this place. It’s one of my top favorite places to eat. It’s very relaxing and the wait staff is always friendly and happy. The interior is welcoming and not too loud even though they play the TV games on multiple televisions. You can still hear your life and company conversations. My latest visit was quite nice. I went with my husband, his mother and his brother(who were visiting in town). We took my rolling walker with us and the wait staff was able to seat us comfortably and in a spot where my walker could fit. My husband and I ordered drinks and an appetizer since we arrived before the rest of our party. The waitress was friendly and training another girl so she made sure to introduce them both. I had to send my drink back for a minor dirty spot but it could have been ok.(I’m just über cautious since I go in for surgery in a few weeks and refuse to take chances). The waitress quickly replaced my drink and was very friendly. She answers questions about menu and the way things were prepared and checked with cooks on some items she didn’t know. After the rest of our party arrived we ordered food and had a nice time. Between the table we got steaks, ribs, burgers and seafood. Each item was cooked great and nothing has to be sent back. The waitress even got us a take out box for some items and an extra box for rib bones(we wanted to take home for the dog). We ordered lava cake and as usual OMG it was amazing. Try it and you’ll see. The waitress even helped us sign up for rewards program to get free stuff for frequent dining and use a coupon to get our dessert free. Clean place and very friendly. Well decorated and fun to be in plus it wasn’t freezing unlike so many places are. Negatives; Sadly, they have completely redone the menu and done away with many things we enjoy. We were not happy with that also they redid the menu so much on it that it’s almost impossible to read and it’s very hard to manage. The menu is now huge and very complex.

We dine there twice a month and have never had a bad experience. Waitstaff is friendly, food is good. Occasionally a bit slow when they’re busy but that’s understandable. Like the pay at your table feature.

Standard Chili’s. Food was what you’d expect, the drinks were great and service was outstanding.

Food was alright but our waitress had the best customer service. She had drinks on our table at all times. Very attentive, I enjoyed my dinner at chillies because of her.

Last time we go to Chili’s. They have«improved» their menu to death. No more sweet potato fries. No more Memphis dry ribs. No chicken fried steak. No fish of any kind. We would have walked out, but we had a $ 10 manager’s coupon from the screw-ups during our last visit. The location really has the appearance of a restaurant in deep trouble. Empty parking lot, lots of employees standing around with nothing to do, all the bad signs. Now, food. Wife had a bacon cheeseburger. Only ate half. Her plate had a puddle of grease on it from the drippings. Daughter had a 6oz. Sirloin, she had no complaints. I had the carnitas tacos. I know, I know. Why would someone who lives in Las Cruces ever order Mexican food at a chain restaurant… Because it was the only thing on the menu that looked good. They were served in cold flour tortillas that reminded me of the cardboard backing of a pad of paper. The meat was completely tasteless. No taste at all! The cilantro rice and black beans were very good. Service rates a B. Anyway, no mas.

New menu with great choices! The staff was prompt and polite. We are lunch and had an appetizer with sodas for about the same price as two meals at A burger joint! We will definitely being eating here again!

I love chilis me and my husband both will choose chilis if we are going to go to a chain restaurants. But the last 3 times we have went to this location the service has been beyond terrible the waitress paid attention to other tables but completely left us didn’t refill drinks had to ask a couple times. We didn’t get our chips and salsa until after another server brought our food out and we asked them. We also didn’t go during busy times there was barley even 10 tables with customers.

I’m not a fan of Chili’s, but if they were like the one in cruses I’d change that in a heart beat. Food is slightly better than expected, service is always great, better than 90% of Chili’s

The atmosphere and service shine. The food is usually great(for a chain). Lovely place to have a meeting or a get-together.

We all know the food and drinks at Chili’s are about average. Good for casual dining but nothing to make you think you could die happy if Chili’s was your last meal. However, I have to give a real Thumb’s Up to the customer service at Chili’s on Telshor. We were there on a Friday and as usual it was moderately busy. We ordered our drinks and food. My wife and I didn’t really think about it, but our waitress(in the bar area), I think her name was Chantal(sp?), came and told us that our food was taking a rather long time and wanted to know if we would like a soup or salad due to the delay. We were OK with the wait but thanked her for keeping us updated. A few minutes later the manager(Daniel) came by and let us know that our food was still delayed and wanted to make sure we were OK and asked if we would like anything to carry us over. This type of customer service is SERIOUSLY lacking in so many Las Cruces restaurants and we were super impressed. Honestly, I don’t think the food took all that long, but to know our waitress and manager were aware really impressed me. Thank you Chili’s for being attentive. Try the new flatbread pizza’s they are pretty good!

One of my favorite places to go have a family meal. I’m addicted to their Chicken Margarita.

We have been to the local chain restaurant, Chili’s, twice since moving here over a year ago. Both times it was to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Both occasions, the food was good, but nothing outstanding. However, the chicken/sausage soup was excellent. The free dessert that we shared on each occasion was good. Again, if we do not support a locally owned restaurant, there are other better quality chain restaurants to visit.

Had a great experience thanks to the manager Claudia. She took care of each individual in our party and made us feel at home. She greeted us immediately and took our drink and food orders. The food was delivered hot and delicious. Thanks Claudia for the wonderful service. I highly recommend this place.

Service was good and food was good. I checked in on Foursquare and was able to get a free chips and salsa that made the meal even better. the server even arrange for me to get something off their lunch menu I wanted. Overall it was good.
