I had a great meatball sub. I am a Rhode Island Italian boy, so I am very picky about meatballs. Almost as good as mom and grandmas.

There’s really not much food to choose from on this stretch of 66th Street that borders mostly grey industrial parks and Florida suburbia, so finding this place was a real treat. I came in for a late lunch and had the pita and gyro. Definitely worth the price!!! Generous helpings of well-seasoned gyro with tons of tzatziki sauce. The sauce was a little thinner than what I’m used to but still delicious. Will definitely be back! Just a side note, they don’t accept AmEx.

The service was pretty quick. I got the gyro salad and the gyro was good but they forgot my Greek dressing. The tzatziki sauce was really thick and tasted like sour cream. I’m use to it being thinner.

Didn’t get a chance to dine in… so I’m basing this off of my drive thru experience and flavor. I ordered the gyro pita with fries and fried mushrooms. The fries could use some work… but the gyro was very good and stuffed with meat. The fried mushrooms came out really hot and flavorful. The meal was very filling and it looks like this place has been here for a while… so it shows that this place has good food. I recommend!

I expected the light, refreshing taste of tzatziki sauce when i bit into my gyro. Instead, i got globs of a weird sauce that tasted like yogurt mixed with sour cream. It was also served warm at the bottom instead of cool on top of the veggies. I didn’t think you could mess up a gyro, especially being a greek place.

Had been going to Seminole subs for many years. Noticed a big change lately, food hasn’t been as good — asked for some extra Zieke sauce today and was told no! the chicken pita was very dry and the chicken is not as tasty as it used to be. probably won’t be going back sorry to say… I’ll try the one on Seminole boulevard and see if that one still is as good, hopefully it is.

I drive past this little restaurant all the time on the way to work. It looks a little rough on the outside, but I decided to give it a try. I honestly wasn’t expecting much. I ordered a Gyro through the drive thru. It was $ 7 and change. It looked like the guy was actually carving the lamb off of the spit as he was making my gyro. I’m not sure if this was because it was 9pm or because they are made to order. It made me happy. The whole process was still relatively quick. When I arrived at work and opened my gyro, I was pleasantly surprised. The gyro looked great and was pretty large. After one bite I knew that I would be returning to Seminole Subs & Gyros. The pita was warm and fresh. They layer chopped fresh raw onions on the bottom, cover it in tomatoes, top it with a generous amount of gyro meat and slathered it in Tzatziki. I do mean SLATHERED. I personally, love it like that. If you like your Tzatziki light you may want to order it light or on the side. Seminole Subs & Gyros has definitely peaked my interest and I will be returning. The gyro is certainly solid.

Not really a fan and probably won’t be back. I ordered a fish sub and my fiancé got the BBQ chicken sub. They were cooked to order and there was decent customer service. We stopped in through the drive thru because we wanted to head to Rapp Brewing. Pros: — Good portion/sub size for price — Tasty French fries Cons: — Fish was overcooked — Sandwich was smashed together as if they just plopped the fish on top of it — I was missing half the bread for my sandwich… very strange — Ultimately, not worth the price paid Maybe they have better items, but if «sub» is in your name, then your sub should be halfway decent.

Ahh this place! So delicious! You must try the onion rings… they are phenomenal! I usually get the steak and cheese w/a side of onion rings & i leave so satisfied and happy! I love it! My new favorite place.

Love this place! Always friendly service and I feel that for the price the portions are more than enough and all the food that I have tried here is delicious. For me this place is convenient for where I work and they are fast to get your order. It is a small place so definitely not a place you want to bring a large group of people but they have to go. Love that they know my name so that’s a plus lol. Must come!

Clean place, good food. I had their gyro and chicken souvlaki. I don’t like their tzaziki sauce. But overall good place.

Small dine-in area, good prices, convenient drive-thru, good daily deals(that come w/a drink), okay food. Each time I’ve been here, I’ve tried different things. The first time was the chicken parmesan sub as it was their daily deal. It was okay, chicken seemed re-heated and bread roll was a bit stale(or lightly toasted) and covered with your standard tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. Nothing was too memorable about this. it was what it was. Since they’re known for their gyro’s, I got that the next time. This was just good as well. The tza-ziki seemed bottled but the veggies were fresh and the lamb meat was seasoned well. It was wrapped well in a pita that was room-temperature(usually they’re toasted or heated up). Overall, its not a bad place at all for what it is. Think of it as a step-up from subway and a step-down from a real greek place.

Was really good, not so much now. Something has changed in the last 2 months. Inconsistent quality, smaller portions, less friendly welcome. If you are seeking a good Gyro, look elsewhere.

3.5 stars! It was better than I expected! I got the steak and cheese sandwich as a platter. The steak and cheese sand was great! The bread was slightly warm and had a nice crust. Just enough meat and toppings that it wasn’t messy to eat like most places. Platter came with small French fries which were perfectly fried and well seasoned. A mini-Greek salad was forgetful with some basic iceberg covered with a little feta, tomato, olive, and light dressing.

Getting better! Like I stated in the previous review, it’s a go to for office lunches around here and sometimes you don’t have any other option. The mistakes have pretty much stopped and the food quality is improving. The italian is a DEAL for $ 6.09 out the door and it’s huge. The girls like their steak and cheese but I personally haven’t tried it. I like the wings, but be warned, they are different from your normal wings in that they are not sauced but the spice is in the breading. Gyro’s aren’t bad but I’ve had much better, but the BOGO on Monday’s makes it worth it.

I have ordered hot ham and cheese subs there twice. They make them with French bread. A very good sub. It’s a nice change from the chain sub shops. The food has a noticible Greek flavor to it. FYI Mondays have buy one gyro get the second free. I will try the gyros next week. People are friendly and the shop is very clean. The only complaint is they forgot to put cheese on my subs the second time I ordered from them.
