I have been using Julian and his team since 1999. His company is without a doubt, the best. Always there when scheduled and very quick to help if you need a little touch up service. I also think his logo is the GREATEST.

Julian and his staff rocks! Professional, personable, but most important, thorough! His team understands the meaning of customer service and they have always gone above and beyond in our pest control needs!

Julian and his entire company are amazing. They simply have the best service available, you won’t find another company who cares more about their customers. We use Pest Control Solutions & Services for their yearly pest control contract and for subterranean termite treatment. After purchasing a home and finding out after the purchase that we had termites Julian quickly scheduled an appointment to assess the infestation and treat our home. Now i’m happy to say we are termite free. I’m really amazed at how easy it is to contact them and how much I feel like they truly value my business.
I’ve used other pest control companies in the past who I always just settled because i didn’t know of a better option, now I definitely know there is a better option out there.
We couldn’t be happier with our choice. If you’re using another pest control company, especially one of the big national names try Julian and his team and you’ll never go back!

I have to agree with Evan, Julian and his crew really are amazing. We’ve been using Pest Control Solutions & Services for about 5 years. We initially solicited their help on the recommendation of a friend and we haven’t regretted our decision. In fact, every single one of our friends who are homeowners within the St Pete area have also become clients.
Julian’s a genuinely nice guy and he cares about his clients. He goes out of his way to ensure that the client is satisfied. He does a twice-​yearly full-​house treatment, including getting inside the walls via the light switch and electrical outlet covers, treatments in the attic and crawlspaces under your houses, treating windows, doors the household perimeter, etc. He comes out again in-​between to treat the outside of the house. Also, if you so much as see a bug inside your house he will come out free of charge to take care of it.
The other thing we really love about Julian is the fact that he doesn’t just treat the house, he identifies any issues that might cause problems. For instance, Julian noticed that we were having some termite issues. We probably wouldn’t have noticed this for years if he hadn’t pointed it out. We were able to get the problem taken care of before it became a huge issue.
I highly, highly recommend Julian to anyone and everyone!
