I am ONLY giving 1 star because I have to, if I could, I would give NEGATIVE5 stars. This company is terrible and the people who work here are LIARS! My husband came home from work yesterday and found that our AC was down due to storms that had passed through the area earlier in the day. He called this company because they were so highly rated on google. He called at 4:14pm. The girl that he spoke with initially said that they were very busy, and that they would not have anyone that could help us. My husband said thank you and was about to hang up when the girl said«wait, can you hold for a moment?», and placed him on hold. When she came back on the line, she said that her manager just told her that they would be able to have a technician out to check our AC after 6pm, my husband asked if she was sure, stating that he would call around to other companies if they were not able to guarantee someone would be out to check our system that same day. The girl stated that her manager said that they could definitely have a tech out to look at our system that evening after 6pm, and that the tech would call 20 mins prior to his arrival. My husband thanked her for her help. At 7:30pm, we still had not heard from anyone, so I called to check on the status of our service call. The girl at the answering service was pleasant, and shortly after I recieved a call from«Toni». She stated that a technician named«Anthony» was scheduled for our service call, that he was currently at a call in St. Petersburg, that we were the next call he would be coming to and that he would call us 20 mins prior to his arrival. I thanked her and hung up. At 9:15pm, we still had not heard from anyone, so I called back again. At 9:23, I received a call from a technician named Kris Stuck. I explained the above situation to him, to which he stated«I don’t know why they told you Anthony would be coming to do your service call, he went home sick halfway through the day because he worked so late the night before.» He continued on to state that«these girls in the office have no idea what they are doing/talking about». When I asked him if he would be able to come out to look at our AC, he began to ask me questions about the system, and when I told him that the compressor was on the roof of our condo building, he stated«I can’t help you, I only have a 20ft ladder, and you need a 40 ft ladder for those buildings.» I told him that other AC companies use the second floor landing as the base for their ladders to get up to the roof, he stated«we don’t do that, and I won’t be able to get a ladder until the morning.» I explained to him that we were promised by a manager that someone would be out to look at our AC that night, and that at 9:45 at night, it would be difficult to find someone else to come. He said«I don’t know what to tell you, I just got 4 more service calls while talking on the phone with you, and I can’t help you.» I told him that I wanted to speak to a manager, that I wanted an immediate callback from someone who was going to resolve this situation to my satisfaction, he said«I will see what I can do.» At 10:30pm, I still had not heard from anyone, so I called back, I told the girl at the answering service that I wanted to speak to a manager immediately, and she said«I’ll see what I can do.» I NEVERGOT A CALLBACKFROMANYONE!!! It wasn’t until the following morning that someone had the nerve to call and see if they could schedule an appointment to come service our AC– my husband told them«you should have called us last night like you said you would!» and hung up. To have no AC in Florida in the summertime, even at night is awful for a person, let alone our two dogs! These people are heartless!
