I have used them 5 times in the past with great service. I dropped off my apple watch to get the screen repaired. They said it would take a week to get the part. A week turned into a month. Then they appeared to shut their doors and stole my watch. No returned calls or anything.
THIEVES!!!

I got a bad vibe about this place the moment I dropped off my phone but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. When I arrived I waited in the lobby while someone else was being helped when it was my turn the young man up front walked to the back and didn’t come back back for several minutes, turned out he had thought I was with the other person being helped (even though he was there before me). This didn’t bother me too much, mistakes happen and he turned out to be very nice and very helpful, just thought I’d mention because it was apart of the experiance. He proceeded to let me know they would diagnose the damage and give me a call in a couple of days maybe 3 since they were remodeling the store. I was hesitant about that thinking I could take it somewhere else and recieve quicker service but I left it anyway. The whole experiance was rather frustrating, I knew there was some work that needed to be done on it and I was willing to be patient but kept getting promises of return calls that I never recieved and I felt like I was getting the run around. Fast forward 9 days later I called the store again to which the same young man told me my phone ‘may’ be ready by the end of the day. I hadn’t heard back from him so I decided to stop in, he apoligized saying they had never brought my phone back from the other store to complete the repair. I was bummed and a little annoyed that having my phone for 9 days now it should be priority and knowing that the major repair had already been completed all they needed to do was put my phone back together. After chatting with the young man (who had no problems sharing his frustrations about his employers) promised to email me the next day (Friday) as soon as my phone arrived and would start to repair it while I headed over (which is a 45 min drive for me, being that it was my day off from work and I had chosen a place convenient to there, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to pick it up till monday). I waited for a little bit on Friday morning but the more frustrated I became I finally called the guy at the other office to find out if he still had the phone and he said it was back at the Largo office. A little annoyed I hadn’t been informed I called them up, to which the new guy informed me they were waiting for the part to arrive and would give me a call when it was ready. What!!! You mean you’ve had my phone for 10 days and the part I need is still not there??? This is when I demanded to speak to a manager, who said I was misinformed and they did have the part. Funny how quickly stories change. I practically had to demand my phone be ready in an hour and it was for the most part. The reason I gave them 3 stars is because the manager did take responsibilitly for the situation and apoligized when I arrived and gave me a discount for my troubles. I really feel like if this place got there ‘stuff’ together they may have more success. The work that was done on the phone was good work, everything works perfectly.

Told me 3 – 5 days. And it’s been a week and my parts for my phone arnt even shipped terrible survive won’t be going back

Quick, professional, courteous service. They replaced the broken glass on my iPhone within 20 minutes while I waited. Would definitely recommend.

They did a outstanding job.
While on vacations our son drop his iPad and cracked screen to a complete useless unit.
Called them. Answer immediately, drop unit 5:30 pm and pick it up next day 10 am after a 9 am call to let me know it was ready.
The unit was fixed perfectly and looked brand new again. With a very reasonable price.

With all these Apple repair stores popping up, getting convenient quick service doesn’t fall short. I came here on a whim to replace the back of my iPhone. Priced at 35, I said why not. It’s a good location for the Largo/​Clearwater area. Considering the other two choices were PeachMac at Countryside or some other place in Pinellas Park. I personally would come here for a quick fixit than stand at an Apple store and wait to be berated by some 22 year old in a blue shirt. Quick and efficient! I’m into it.

Fast, reasonably priced repair for cracked iPhone screen. Open and honest pricing with no hidden fees… Would certainly recommend/​use them in the future.

My Iphone 3gs wasn’t holding change. They changed out my battery their price was 39.00, less then other places I check and If you «Like» them on facebook you get a $ 5.00 discouont on repairs. Very Happy with their service. They were quick, did a good job and were nice.

My iphone had stopped working. I called around. Most places I could not get anyone on the phone. One place told me it could not be fixed. I took it to Rafal and he fixed it while I had lunch and charged me only $ 25. Then since he fixed that I had him look at my MacBook. The screen was flickering off and on. I had taken it to an Apple Store and they told me it was going to take a couple days and cost $ 500 or $ 600. Rafal took it apart and found a broken wire which he soldered back together and had it ready in a couple of hours and charged me $ 65! I was very happy and would recommend him and his shop to anyone.
