Domino’s Pizza

We’ve been ordering from this Domino’s for probably 20 years at this point and I’m not really sure why it has such low ratings! In my opinion with international chains like Domino’s, you know what you’re getting when you get on Unilocal.I’m not expecting artisan small-​batch free-​range pizza from the bowels of the Sicilian countryside. I’m expecting a hot meal at a reasonable price that doesn’t make me feel disgusting afterwards.
This Domino’s fits that description. The restaurant itself doesn’t really offer any dining space so it’s definitely more for carry-​out. The restaurant itself though is always very clean, even in its 1980s glory. Staff has always been attentive and courteous, whether on the phone or in-​person. I’ve never had a problem with an order being fulfilled incorrectly. Normally when we’re ordering pizza for a night in, this Domino’s is our go-​to in the area.

Not sure why this Domino’s has a low average. I’ve been here a few times and it’s always been excellent. Minimal wait on carry out, staff is friendly and the pizza is always very good. They don’t skimp on the ingredients and it’s always cooked perfectly. I’ll definitely continue to come here. Love the thin crust and stuffed cheesy bread!

I called at 11:30 pm to see if they were still doing deliveries because online ordering was down (they’re open until 1 on Saturday) and the giggly, obviously high little girl responded with «unfortunately.» Real classy.

These guys always make my stuff correctly. The managers are extremely helpful and friendly, even going so far as to apply coupon codes without asking. They are also very accommodating to my girlfriend’s gluten allergies and have discounted her pizzas multiple times, which is a really awesome thing to do. Eating gluten-​free can be very expensive, so it’s cool to have a nice treat like pizza not cost $ 15 for a tiny pie.
I feel like most people only review a place if they had a really bad experience, but I’ve ordered from this location so many times without any issues that I felt the need to show some love.

I will never order from this location again. I called to ask for something I thought was missing and after I realized it didn’t come with it I called back to inform I thought there was a misunderstanding and that I had thought it came with the order. Now I used to work for the company and also have ordered this particular item numerous times and it always came with the hot sauce and a choice of side. Well as I was speaking to this young lady she began to get an attitude, was very rude because she took my order and as I agreed that I did not ask for the hot sauce I told her I misunderstood and I was not offered anything but ranch, and though the hot sauce came with it. Well I asked when they changed this cause it used to come with it and she informed me that it had always been this way, I told her it did not and then she said it has since she’s been there and I asked how long that was. She said 2 years. I said so it’s fairly new that this change had been made and she continued to argue with me rudely, wish I had her name. Well I told her to send me my hot sauce and have a great night. (I wanted to tell her to fudge off and learn respect but I used to work for dominoes and am no idiot) Well the delivery man, Michael was very informative, informed me the company changed this a few years ago and that it DID indeed use to come with it but now nothing comes with anything and cost extra now. And I told him she was very rude and he apologized for this, I tipped him well the first time and would tip him well again for his respectful manners. Again terrible location, fast delivery one polite employee and a nasty bitch for a CSR

Almost as good as frozen pizza. Almost.
