moving right down the road in August 2013, I would have rated this CVS5 star quality until recently. It is very sad to me observing the blatant changes in front-end employee customer service and friendliness(besides Dory, she has consistently been a sweetheart and honestly, nowadays if I walk in and don’t see her at the registers, I walk right back out the front door.) and even the pharmacy staff has become seemingly more detached in assisting customers with identifying and understanding needs & giving suggestions accordingly. STAYAWAYFROMTIFFANY– not only have I observed her routinely give fellow cashiers an unnecessary hard time with micromanaging and condescending feedback, but on multiple occassions she has personally singled me out in refusing to deliver excellent customer service e.g., almost every time I open up my mouth, I’m lucky to get 3 words out without her not only interrupting me, but escalating her voice. She has even rolled her eyes at me and passively aggressively gotten CUSTOMERS to chime in, trying to make it look like I’m a difficult customer! As someone with 5+ years of customer service & sales experience, ranging across retail to corporate environments, I understand that working within these types of industries can be stressful and we all have our days– But this type of behavior is 100% unacceptable on all levels of work ethic & professionalism in the work place. I can only sincerely hope that senior management properly addresses these issues, as I would love to return to my routine 1 – 2 week visits and love shopping here due to the staff, and not out of pure necessity.
